First the item I ordered

First the item I ordered, was told later was sold out after item confirmed. Then I recorded something new, it's been 2 weeks still no delivery

Dear customer your order which was placed on the 11/05/20 was dispatched on the 13/05/20 and was via Royal Mail tracked signed for service . We also emailed the tracking reference to you on that day at 12.55pm Please check your filters to see if it went into spam folder etc . We will resend tracking to you again and we hope you enjoy your free gifts that we included with your order . If you do not wish to have these and wish to return with your order , we will refund the complete order once all items have been returned as supplied .

Communication poor

Communication poor, item cancelled due to not being in stock when asked which one just got given a item number which means nothing to me, so asked again if it was certain item because of it was then didn’t need a chain now I got ignored

Dear Customer thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear that you feel that way . We did advise the item was out of stock and fully refunded . We also sent free gifts with your order and the retail value was higher than the item we refunded to you, as a gesture of good will . (this was done before you left your review or allowed us to reply to your email )
Due to the current situation regarding delivery from our manufacturers with reference to the global pandemic we do have some low stock lines and the volume of products moving out of our facility we sometimes have orders dispatched before other orders are processed and this can unfortunately occasionally lead to out of stock lines.
If you wish to return your full order unopened including all items that were sent to you we will credit in full or alternatively choose an alternative pendant to purchase to go with the chain and we will offer free postage on that item as another gesture of goodwill.

Would have been 5 stars if when ordering it had shown that one of my items was out of stock but great correspondence and refund was dealt with quick & efficiently. Great products. Would recommend to friends & family.

Beautiful jewellery I’ve purchased 2 pairs of earrings and was not disappointed also reasonable prices I would definitely recommend silver aura jewellery they are fabulous
