I am an elderly gentleman and I needed some work doing, I have never used Chris before but was very happy with him and his work. Chris explained the work that needed doing, how long it would take and how much it would be. I won’t use anyone else now.

My old boiler failed and I needed a replacement, Chris from Silverback provided an extremely competitive price which beat any other companies with both quality of boiler and a 10 year warranty. He has just completed the work and to say i am happy is an understatement.
Chris is a great guy, reliable, hard working and the new boiler is fantastic.
I can’t recommend silverback enough and I’ll be passing details onto my family and friends. Thank you!

First class service. They came out straight away and were very fairly priced. I found them very easy to deal with.
I would certainly recommend them and I will be using them again for any future plumbing and heating issues.

We had a call out to fix a leak and a few other things that needed looking at. All seemed to go well with issues diagnosed.
However, on the invoice for the call out, it was clearly stated they would provide a quote for a part to fix an appliance.
That quote has never materialised despite asking numerous times and now there is just no communication at all.
It's been a month and a half waiting. Won't even send me the details of the part I need so I can find it myself!
Be careful with this service!
Used Silverback for the first time today to service our boiler.
Arrived on time, offered useful advice on extending manufactures warranty and finished job promptly,as quoted and without any issues.
