Just booked another holiday with Christine from Silver Travel, following several successful previous bookings. I have found her to be attentive to detail and highly patient and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we have the best price available and the best experience possible.

Christine helped us book our first cruise, she was so helpful as she had been on many cruises herself so gave us great advice. We had a great holiday and we will definitely ask Christine to help organise our future cruises and holidays, highly recommend her

We recently enjoyed the most magical day trip to Lapland which was organised by the amazing and attentive Linsay Glaze. From the very first enquiry to our actual day of travel, Linsay went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time. Due to health needs within our party, I had lots of questions and concerns but Linsay responded to all of them (and there were a lot!) without delay and really helped put my mind and ease and ensure we had the most incredible time. Thank you Linsay.

Booking through Kerry as our travel advisor has been worth it's weight in gold. We needed some urgent help on Boxing Day , and Kerry didn't hesitate to help us! Unfortunately due to a broken femur our trip to Dubai in 3 weeks needs to be rearranged. Again, Kerry is working hard with us to try and slide the holiday. So I would recommend to anyone .

Following our initial conversation the advisor, Christine, put together a great package for my trip to Iceland over New Year which also incorporated three excursions (one to view the crazy New Year fireworks from a boat) still leaving sufficient time to explore Reykjavík.
Was great to have everything organised - conveniently timed flights and Hotel transfers. The Hotel was in a fairly central location with good facilities.
Loved it so much am already planning a return trip later in the year.

Having Jayne Kerrigan as our Travel expert has meant a lot to us over the last 15 years or so. She's very thorough in every detail of the advice and booking and all we have to do is get on the plane and enjoy the holiday. What more could you wish for??!!

Just back from a cruise and stay around the Doha and Abu Dhabi Grand Prix’s. Jayne has organised a number of trips for us and as always, everything has run to absolute clockwork. I would recommend and we will book through Jayne again in the future.

We booked a 3 week honeymoon to the Philippines with Sue and she planned it perfectly. We didn't have much of an idea on what which islands to visit, thankfully Sue knew a fantastic route that was a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. Every part of our trip was thought about, I never want to plan my own holiday again! Communication was excellent, Sue was always reachable, even with the 8 hour time difference in the Philippines. The team in the Philippines were also incredible, everything was so perfect and we had the best time, thank you Sue!

The amazing Jayne Kerrigan organised a ten day trip to Malta for myself and my wife. We stayed at the very impressive Seaview Hotel in St Paul’s bay.
Jayne arranged everything for us including private transfer to and from the airport.
We highly recommend the Seaview hotel it was slick friendly and professional.
Malta was fantastic we bought a week’s bus pass and had a lot of fun hopping on and off the buses.
the bus network is very good.
I recommend going to Valletta and the village of Marsaxlokk which is a fishing harbour where we had some delicious Barracuda .

Lauren is truly amazing — she helped me organise my dream trip to Peru perfectly and made the whole experience feel effortless. She’s warm, friendly, and treats you like family from the very first conversation.
She went above and beyond to make sure every detail was covered, offering different options and really listening to what I wanted to tick off my bucket list and made sure they were included Even when a small hiccup came up (like the ESTA), she helped me handled it smoothly at the very last hour. It was an absolute pleasure working with her — I couldn’t recommend her enough!

We have just returned from a great holiday in Malta, arranged for us by Kerry Lowe at Silver Travel.
We were flown by Jet2 from Birmingham Airport and stayed for 10 days at the Hilton Hotel in St Julians.
The flight in both directions was excellent, with minimal delays and no problems at either airport. Checking in and out was straightforward and caused us no worries, largely due to the fact that Kerry had ensured that all of the relevant documentation was in place.
We could not fault the hotel, which was superbly appointed with helpful, friendly and efficient staff throughout, and serving excellent food. Again we were assisted in our choice by advice from Kerry.
We will not hesitate to use Silver Travel if and when we next holiday abroad, as their service gave us confidence that we would be properly prepared.

Met Kerry and her colleague at the travel show and instantly struck by their friendly professionalism. They produced itineraries and costings for us for two trips which exactly met our specifications though, in the end for one, we booked the individual elements directly on line. For the other, Kerry found a perfect, bijou, old town, suite in Crete at a reasonable price and with all flights, transfers etc seamlessly coordinated. Friendly careful contact at every stage.

Jayne has been a brilliant advisor all throughout the process of booking the holiday. It made the whole process a lot easier as she provided knowledgeable recommendations and suggestions to help pick the perfect holiday. She was also able to assist up until and throughout the holiday and she was able to help with any queries I had.

Julie Crumpton our Silver Travel advisor is brilliant. So professional and always finds us great hotels. Gives helpful suggests about places to visit. Would not use another company.

I have used Julie and Silver Travel on a number of different trips and their recommendations have always been measured and supported to our needs. They have helped us create some very special memories. Knowledgeable and helpful in developing ideas if you are not sure of where or what you want to do.

This is probably the 4th or 5th time we've booked with Jayne. We usually go on P&O cruises but decided to go with Fred Olsen this time. Jayne was really knowledgeable and helped us make decisions on cabins etc. I can always get in touch with Jayne if I have any questions, issues or need help with anything to do with my holiday. I would really recommend her. She gives 100%.
