We booked our honeymoon through Marie

She brought together all of the components and made so that we didn't have to worry about anything when on holiday - things just happened!

We would like to thank her for her part in the memories we now have for the rest of our lives.

We were looking to book a holiday of a life time and wanted it to be right. With Sophie’s enthusiasm and professionalism we certainly felt we were being looked after and getting the assistance and reassurance needed to ensure we were getting an experience of a life time and also good value for money.

Jayne provides an excellent service. I was originally unsure as to where to go for a luxury holiday with some winter sun. Jayne provided me with several options and when I finally funnelled it down to two alternatives , she gave her valuable knowledge about the pros and cons of each option. Once booked communication and updates were regularly sent. I would 100% recommend Jayne if you are looking for a holiday, but don’t have a clue where to start.

Once again we were more than happy with the excellent service provided by Jayne Kerrigan in organising our recent holiday to Gran Canaria She is always so efficient and extremely helpful throughout the whole process.

Deborah Degrassi has been phenomenal. Above and beyond! Booked two cruises for my Father who’s in his mid eighties. It looked like he may have to cancel the second one after a health scare. Deborah spoke with the operator and kept the booking open until we knew more. Fortunately he could go and he had a whale of a time!!! My Dad needed additional support through the booking process and Deborah was there to offer it to him. She’s so patient! Highly recommended!

I wouldnt use anyone else to book my holiday’s. Lorraine listened to my requirements and provided the perfect holiday for us finding us a great deal. She took care of everything including booking our seats arranging our private transfers and prnting our tickets. She then emailed me while we were away with confirmation of our hotel pick up. I was so pleased with my trip to Dubai, that I asked Kerry to look into booking a trip to Sydney, Australia for 2025 It’s a two stop destination Dubai / Sydney and we need 2 bedrooms. Came back with a number of suggestions and we’ve ended up with a beautiful apartment hotel right in the hub of Sydney and with a swimming pool to boot. Great value for money and can’t wait to experience the delights of Australia.

On booking a river cruise for next year, my sister and I were very well assisted by an advisor of Silver Travel associated with Hays Travel. Her name is Deborah Degrassi. This efficient advisor spent a great deal of time looking for the cruise which would suit our needs and came up with an appropriate cruise. She totally understood what was required and appreciated our needs so that we can safely relax now and know we are in good hands. Everything was done on the phone by me on behalf of my sister and myself. All quieres were answered efficiently and well and everything has been documented by email. Deborah showed empathy and understanding concerning the cost, the facilities we required and the travel to the cruising point as we live at very different parts of the country. |I cannot give more praise for the excellent experience I enjoyed in the booking this holiday and we hope that the cruise itself will be equally rewarding and an enjoyable experience.
I would emphasise that the facility of speaking to a person who could direct us through all the requirements of information to finalise the booking made me realise how important relationships can be when entering into a contract of thousands of pounds. To do this as an online form, the holiday booking would not have happened!

Where do I even begin? Booking a holiday can often be a bit stressful, but Sophie made the entire experience feel like an absolute breeze! From the moment we reached out with our (very specific!) requirements—British Airways loyalty points, room preferences, travel dates—you name it, Sophie handled everything with total professionalism and ease.

We had unique flight needs, which involved liaising with British Airways directly (not always the easiest of tasks), but Sophie absolutely nailed it! Every detail was meticulously taken care of, and for the first time ever, I didn’t have to organise a single thing. It truly felt like our holiday from the second we stepped foot in the airport.

What made it even more special? The personal letter she arranged for us to receive after check-in. Such a thoughtful touch that really took the experience to the next level. It’s the little things like that which show she genuinely cares about her clients' experience.

We discovered Silver Travel Advisor at the London Destinations Holiday and Travel Show in Feb 2024 and were immediately impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness by the advisors on the stand. They took time to listen to our aims and suggested various tours straight away - their first hand experience of the area, and advice (pros and cons alike) was refreshingly honest and reassured us we were in safe hands. A week or so later, during our further research and booking, we were looked after by Sue Lord who has been absolutely amazing. She has been so patient, knowledgeable and has taken time to really get to know us and what we want, and tailor the tour operator/destination to our needs. We have now booked two holidays through Sue, the second being a more bespoke private tour which needed a lot of research on hotels, flights and destinations by Sue. She has been unfailingly helpful and extraordinarily patient with us as we made our minds up. As well as researching and booking our holidays she has helped on queries with insurance, general country-specific matters, and and took time to call us before her own annual leave just to make sure we were happy with arrangements for our upcoming holiday prior to her absence. That sort of service is really the icing on the cake and we will definitely be contacting Sue again for future holidays.
