Box of mixed flavours ordered, duplicates of each sent, in all the awful flavours they probably cant sell. On arrival one box started to expand and make noises on opening it was smoking and cracking ready to explode. Another opened had leaked everywhere and again faulty. keep asking me to send the faulty back but they are dangerous and have been disposed of as have told them 8 times, now asking when I am placing my next order - Avoid like the plague faulty good awful customer service

Ordered elux legends x10 one not working and emailed and sent a messages on WhatsApp but no answer

Very quick service any issues I had were sorted very quickly thank you simba vapes.

First order arrived incredibly quickly, wrong items. Took a day or two to get a reply but they sent me out a return label. Sent them back straight away but took another few days and had to chase the correct items but they arrived. Packaged well. Overall really happy and would definitely use them again.

The only reason they’re getting 2 stars is because of how quickly they delivered but it’s not a reflection of the quality of the product. I ordered a box of 10 ELUX and the first 2 burnt within the first day and then pulled out the 3rd one to use and has leaked all in the sealed plastic packaging. Has been a very disappointing first and last experience buying from this company. Won’t be purchasing again or bother with requesting a refund because they’ve clearly stated in their refund policy they won’t “entertain” requests 2 days after delivery.

I used to love Simbavapes but recently bought crystal legends that starting burning by themselves. I had videos of this but as I contacted them after 5pm on 14th day they're refusing to refund.

Update: Company have been in touch and resolved this issue

Ordered nicotine free by accident , after a short chat on WhatsApp the product was replaced with a suitable alternative , thank you , great customer service .

I ordered a number of vapes from Simba. The order arrived next day but there a minor issue. After contacting Simba there completion of the order was done and arrived here next day. I am very grateful for the quick response and the excellent service provided. I WOULD use them again

Ordered £50 of vapes tracking shows delivered and Royal Mail have attached photo showing it lying in my close got home to find no vapes there they have gone contacted simba vapes several times through email also watsapp no reply not happy do not go near
