Faulty USB sticks
Several times now I have ordered USB tins which look great, only to find the USB sticks are faulty. Sim have quickly replaced them on each occasion but this is not ideal.

I'm sorry to hear you experienced an issue with your USB on your latest order and I'm pleased that your replacement made it to you swiftly. From what I can see on your account this does look like the only faulty USB that we've replaced for you this year but you're absolutely right this should not be the case and certainly not what we would expect for our USB's. Please rest assured we always look for the highest quality USB chips but should any unexpected issues occur we do always endeavour to rectify this quickly & efficiently for you.

Signing frame…

Have always loved Sim products
Have always loved Sim products. I am local so often collect to save on postage. Just begrudge now having to pay £1 extra each time I order prints when I never had to for the past 10 years.

Good morning Nevina,
Thanks for your review and I'm sorry to see you are unhappy about the £1 collection fee. As our reception was closed during the COVID period, delivery was the only option for print orders with our usual postage and packaging fee of £5.95+VAT via DPD. Our local customers are so important to us, and we know that after years of loyalty, having the ability to collect again and avoid the delivery costs was an important service we needed to resume. Unfortunately as our business has had to adapt to handle the challenges the pandemic has presented, we've have had to introduce a small fee in order to cover our costs with reopening reception and the packing included on our orders. In order to reduce this from impacting our clients as much as possible, we've made this fee as small as we can at £1 for SIMLAB orders. As we do not have any minimum order requirements, this covers any amount of prints from SIMLAB from 1 print to 1000 so you can consolidate your images to place larger orders with only the single fee of £1.
We pride ourselves on offering top quality products to earn our returning customers loyalty which I would hope our reviews would reflect upon. I know we've discussed this over the phone previously and that you've been a loyal customer of ours for many years. I hope this helps explain further and that you can understand our reasons behind these necessary changes.

From Canada with love
Any print coming from Canada to the UK would have been astronomical in pricing of shipping. Ordering from you took all the guesswork and risk out of shipping overseas and potential for damage. The print was a gift for a friend in Leeds and she was beyond thrilled at the vibrant colours and quality of print.
