Quality is great, SIM software not so much
Quality is great. I am very pleased with it. However, the SIM software for designing the albums is old-fashioned: The app needs an update to this millennium. It would benefit (new) users, if the pricing and options were somehow simplified, too. I needed to call a few times to understand everything I needed and I always got through quickly and got help I needed - thank you. I will come back to SIM, when albums are ordered from me though, due to the quality - and thankfully I now remember again how to use the software.

Speedy service, excellent quality
I ordered a Maple wood Gift Box and USB with a laser etched inscription. The detail was amazing and the speedy service was spot on. Sim Imaging is my number one go-to for all of my photography products for my little business!

I've been using Simlab for all my prints for some time now and always get great results.
Not only that, the quality of customer service is the best. when I submitted some files in the wrong format, they immediately contacted me to let me know, said they would try them to see the results, and if they came out wrong, they would correct and reprint them for me at no additional cost.

I've used the SIM Group for many years and always have a good experience. For this particular order it was the last item to finalise a Wedding and to be able to deliver the images to the Bride & Groom. The product arrived on time as Designed and we had a VERY Happy Bride so that made me happy and enjoyed the Great review my customer gave me.
