SIM Imaging provide an excellent personable service. When I asked them to produce something slightly different from the norm, in terms of photographic art, they were very accommodating and understood exactly what I needed.
The acrylic prints with floating frames are unique, look stunning and are incredibly good value for money.
If anyone asks, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sim Imaging as they provide an exceptionally good service and I will continue to use them in the future.

Good service but the printing of albums…
Good service but the printing of albums has slipped in my opinion. The images come out really soft and can sometimes look blurry.

I know we have been in contact following your review and we have been running through some variations of test prints from your recent albums to try to better understand your concerns. Hopefully now that you have received the test prints and we've had an opportunity to discuss them further, this has hopefully offered a bit more insight into the fine art printing and how to avoid and future issues on your orders. Please don't forget we offer free test prints on our albums which you can request on your next order to ensure you're happy before production commences. This means if you do make any changes to your camera, editing, computer or otherwise, you can double check that the prints are exactly as you are expecting before the album is complete. It is our aim to make sure that you are 100% happy with every single order that arrives so we will always try our best to work with you to ensure this is the case. If you do receive an order that you have any concerns with at all please do get in touch with us so we can investigate & address this for you.

Problem with a USB flash drive sorted promptly
I have bought several USB flash drives over a number of years from SIM. One flash drive failed when I reformatted it to take a 4K video file. I emailed SIM Imaging, and they sent me a replacement without fuss. The replacement worked perfectly and I have not heard of any problems from my customer on this.

Thanks for your review and I'm pleased to hear you love our fantastic products. I am sorry to hear however that you have not been happy with our service provided to you on this occasion. I understand that on this particular order a sample discount was used against a bulk order of a product designed to be resold or passed onto clients. We do provide sample discounts to our photographers to offer products at a reduced rate in order to help them showcase their packages to customers. However as I'm sure you can understand, we place trust in our photographers to use the sample discounts exclusively for sample products which is not designed to be misused. We pride ourselves on excellent service and we strive to develop ongoing relationships with our customers that are mutually respectful, positive and professional. Hopefully you feel as though this can be achieved when dealing with our fantastic team and we remain ready and waiting at your service for any future questions, queries or orders.

Great quality and software but brexit is too expensive!
I looove the Books and quality but this last time the expense to bring the book to belgium was almost half the price of the album itself. So I paid over 200 euro for the album (which I find ok for its quality) but after it was sent I had to pay again over 70 euro to bring it to my place, this was the first time so probably to do with Brexit but for me this was too much, looking out for a different company in Europa now for albums…which I really find a pity because loved working with your software & quality!

We pride ourselves on producing high quality products for photographers so I'm pleased to hear you've been happy with our service. However I am sorry to hear that you are considering somewhere new due to the changes that are now in place since Brexit. Due to tax & shipping changes since the UK left the EU in January 2021, the VAT for all orders is now payable once the item reaches its destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs office so unfortunately these are completely outside of our control, however to compensate this we do not charge any VAT on orders for European customers at our checkout. You can also consolidate your orders to arrive in one delivery to minimise shipping & customs fees as well which I can provide guidance on if and when you're ready. Hopefully we may have the opportunity to work together again in the future and I remain available for any help or assistance you may require.
