I know you must have been excited to receive your cute outfit, so on top of the long wait I'm sure the poor quality of the product was also disappointing and once again, I'm so sorry you had that experience with us. We'd love to make it up to you though, as we do have a great Returns and Refunds policy that allows you to exchange or return any items that you are not happy with within 30 days of delivery. Hi Nicole,

Thanks so much for your honest feedback. Our sympathies are with you as we truly understand how awful it feels to receive items that weren't as promised in terms of quality.

As much as we try to keep it a 100 for you, some factors like manufacturing defects can be out of our control at times and we would like to sincerely apologize to you for for falling short of giving you the most ideal of experiences.

We do have accurate size charts for each item on the site so our clients can find their proper measurements. It may be possible that the items you had purchased run small or perhaps have smaller measurements.

However, if you would still like to return the items, we have sent you a free return label via the email address used to purchase your items so that you can send them back at no cost to you. Please look out for an email from us and we can gladly get that sorted for you.

We truly hope you give us a second chance, and look forward to getting this sorted for you as soon as we can.

Thanks so much for your honest review about your experience.

I'm so sorry to hear that you were not happy with the quality of your order. We absolutely understand your feelings of frustration as we, too, have experienced something of this sort when ordering online. We do feel genuinely sorry for the inconvenience you had went through with this order.

With regards to shipping, unfortunately due to the fact that we cover the shipping cost of the item in order to provide free shipping, we are unable to cover the cost of returns. However, you are more than welcome to reach out to Jessica, our highly competent Customer Happiness Representative who is currently assisting you, to follow up on the status of your return.

As per the items of poor quality you've received, we're happy to tell you that we grant refunds, no questions asked, for items that did not satisfy our customers. You can rest assured we will inform the suppliers responsible for the incident and will be added to the list of suppliers we will possibly be cutting off of our business.

Our printed Simisienna items are all made to order, which means that in some rare cases the items ordered in a set my in fact come from different batches of fabric. While that is definitely not our intention, we would like for our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases, which is why we have a simple and comprehensive returns policy which allows you to return any items that you are unhappy with within 30 days of delivery.

Please consider sending your items in for an exchange free of charge at our returns center and we can exchange your items here: https://simisienna.returnscenter.com/

As our printed Simisienna athleisure wear is strictly made to order, our orders take 5 - 10 working days to process before shipping out, although it's most common to see orders ship out within less than 5 days.
