Friendly and punctual driver with clean bus. Easier payment arrangement upfront would be beneficial.

The driver is nice and polite. He appears neat.He keeps to time to and fro. His driving is smooth. The only issue is he does not make sure we are all sitting before moving.

Thank you to Nick who made the whole process of booking and sorting out of details very easy for me. Would definately recommend the company.

Communication was great, the mini bus was clean and the driver was fantastic. My only negative is that we had booked a mini bus, price agreed, deposit paid. I wanted the mini bus to pick us up 2 hours later and then drop us back 1 hour earlier so a shorter day for the driver. To make this amendment it was an extra £55. Ok it’s not a lot of money but to just simply change a time I didn’t expect to pay an additional £55

Only used for short journey from home to airport but at 6:30am for 7 people.
From initial booking to arriving on time to having a friendly driver to getting where we needed to be was excellent.

The service was excellent from the beginning. Nick was so helpful and whenever l had a question, he responsed immediately. The communication went very well. I got the drivers' names and numbers before the trip. They picked us up in time and we arrived in time. The minibuses were in good condition and had enough space for us. So, thank you!

The service we received was great from start to finish. Nick was so helpful and answered any questions I had with a quick response. It was easy to organise and pay for and our mini bus was clean and tidy. Our driver was fantastic, happy to help however he could, even playing us fun music on our way to the airport!

Everything had worked as plan, coach was new. Driver (Sumon) was always open and doing his best for the trip needs and reacting to passengers needs. The whole process to get quotations and follow up has been also good and agile thanks to Nick.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! I booked and paid upfront for a 14 seat minibus. Nick who I booked with promised me a good service but has just let me down at the last minute. I asked when I booked what would happen if a mini-bus wasn’t available and he said I shouldn’t worry, they would send other cars on the day. But he has just emailed and asked me to pay an extra £225 on top of what I have already paid as vehicles are ‘in high demand’. The point of booking and paying in advance is to secure you a service. When I complained they offered to take £75 off the surcharge as a ‘gesture of goodwill’. What they should do is honour their original price and booking. They have absolutely wasted my time. Now I need to make other arrangements for 14 people at very short notice. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Update: following on from my original review, Simple Coach Hire asked me to delete it before they would give me a refund. I refused. I had to call and email them repeatedly before they eventually sent my money back.

Great services, first time using and was sceptical because I hadn’t ever booked anything like this before. The drivers were great and the speed in response time when I asked questions was very efficient. We will definitely be using this company in the future for all airport transport!

We used Simple Coach Hire for our daughter’s wedding to ferry the guests from Ipswich and Halesworth to Sudbury .
Wonderful staff , Very personal service with someone answering phone calls and emails immediately ! Very conscientious company with very professional staff . Highly recommend this company .
