What a wonderful experience!
We were in Perth and looking for a good food restaurant near our hotel. The wife just fancied a Pizza. My problem is, that I am a celiac and so the body mounts an immune response to gluten products. It was a nice surprise that the
Simpleitalia restaurant makes 'gluten free' pizza. Yes they do!!! My wife was shocked at her 13 inch pizza when it came - it was massive and she said it was very tasty. When my pizza came it has shrunk 1/2" compared to my wife's ( probably because it was gluten free) but that isn't really a complaint because the pizza was one of the best pizza's I have ever tasted - they didn't spare the topping either - it was brimming with meats etc and was a joy to eat. The price was very reasonable and two things we noticed. Firstly how many customer could not get in and probably had to come back or wait. Secondly, all the waiters/waitresses manning 'the pass' and never left food to go cold - what wonderful food and service. What a wonderful experience! Thank you.
