Simple Liquidation is one of the largest liquidation companies in the country. We offer a personal and professional service to our clients that require solvent and insolvent liquidations for limited companies.
Our liquidators are authorised by the country's largest insolvency regulator, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. We are also members of the Insolvency Practitioners' Association and R3, the insolvency trade body.

Stay away from this company else you are doomed.
They were very careless and irresponsible in handling my company liquidation and it created a very serious problem for me. The worst of it all is they did not appear in court as my Insolvent Practitioner and refused to refund my £3000 Pounds paid. It was said in the court that they failed to represent therefore the Judge had to appoint a liquidator who almost screwed my life. Stay away from Simple liquidation also Trading under the name of Leading.

Many thanks for your review and additional information subsequently supplied upon my request in order to conduct an investigation in to the matter. Upon such investigation I can see that there has been correspondence in this regard which has addressed all of these matters in detail, and an offer of a partial refund has been made to you, taking in to account our costs incurred in the matter. Since that most recent correspondence on the 8th September 2023, we do not appear to have received a response to this from either yourself or your representative.
