We don't even have this mobile service…

We don't even have this mobile service and keep getting autowithdrawls out of our checking. Noone there seems to be able to explain it. $69/month! We had to completely shut down our bank account just to get it to stop! This company is ridiculous!

I’ve seen everyone issue something…

I’ve seen everyone issue something about bad experiences and I like Simple Mobile, we’re not patient enough this days, something happened and we are expecting to have it fixed in a second. Every company has some sort of issues, and I’m sure you experienced that too. And Reception is good at least for me. Good service for a small money. I am happy with them. And I with them for good some years.

I am definitely gonna switch phone…

I am definitely gonna switch phone companies. Simple mobile always give me the wrong plan. I paid for the $10 plan unlimited talk, text and 5GB and the representative always do this to me then they act like they can't fix it. They gave me a $10 data add on something I did not ask for. I do not recommend simple mobile I'm leaving you guys real soon. This is to stressful.

Could use improvement

Could use improvement. Stole 50 dollars from me and refused to give it back. Wouldn’t allow me to contact their customer service because I couldn’t “authenticate” an account I didn’t have with them.

Simple? More like broken.

I've been using them since 2016. They were an alight service a few years ago but these last couple years have been horrible. The website is constantly broken and glitching, making it impossibly complicated to do something as simple as pay the bill. It's gotten so bad that I think I'll hop to another provider.

Find another company

Find another company. There are cheaper options.

I’ve had issues with slow service and 2 days after I pay for my service, my phone goes into “low data mode” even though I haven’t been on my phone unless I’ve been in WiFi.

But this current situation tops it all and is making me switch.
So I tried paying my service Tuesday. I attempted to pay with 1 bank card and they couldn’t process- money was available. I tried a completely different bank card from a completely different bank- couldn’t be processed even though funds were available.
I tried a 3 bank card- again, completely different bank with funds available- couldn’t be processed.
I called customer service regarding this because the money has deducted off the accounts, my simple mobile app says I have service till 2/3/24, but yet when I try to use my phone, I get a message that my phone has been deactivated.
Customer service was no help and was rude. A lot of deflection on their part. It’s my banks that “rejected payments” but it sure is strange how 3 different cards for 3 different banks all conveniently rejected simple mobile but have processed every other payment that I have used them for that day and since.
So here I am, 3 days without phone service and a hold with my banks on every 1 of these payments that totals over $90.

And because this terrible crap hole of a company cannot look at the fact that maybe it’s an error on their end since 3 DIFFERENT cards with 3 DIFFERENT banks failed, I will be switching services.

Slow data bad reception worst service you can ever get take my word on it forreal upgraded to 50$ plan and still my data was very slow lol yall false advertising i don’t see any difference from upgrading from 40$ plan y’all better tighten up fr lol n provide better service

Simple mobile has the worse customer service. I had used them for almost 7 years and had to transfer to a different provider because I was moving to a place where there services was poor. I was able to transfer my no in less than 30min to the new provider without any issues. However, I couldn’t get the ESIM to work on my phone and didn’t have time to go get a physical SIM card. I then tried to transfer my number back to Simple mobile and they showed me hell. When I say hell, it was hell. All the customer service agent I spoke to gave me hell. As in, non of them listen to my complaints or even wanted to help. They just kept transferring me from one agent to the other without paying attention to my complaints. And because they didn’t pay attention to what my complaints was, I kept been transferred to the wrong department.
I was charged for a service while trying to transfer my phone number back to simple mobile. I was told that the transfer will be completed in 24 hours. I waited for almost 48 hours and my phone was still saying port in process. They told me to call my previous provider to ask why the transfer was still not done. My previous provider had already given me all the information I needed to transfer and I had already given the information to simple mobile, yet they couldn’t transfer my number. So I told them just cancel the transfer and refund me back. They cancelled the transfer but refused to refund me. I was told that my information is no longer in their system and that they cannot refund me back the money I paid for the service I didn’t even use. To think that I was on the phone with them for almost 6 hours with 5-6 different representatives and non of them could help resolve my issues. The last representative was even mocking me while saying they are sorry there is nothing they can do for me. I was humiliated by the agent. I had to record my late conversation as a proof and I told him. But anyways, I am never going back to simple mobile even if that’s the only network available

Simple Mobile are impatient thieves

So tonight January 1st 2024 my son tries to make a payment on his simple mobile phone to add data to his phone the system rejected the payment I tried to make the payment off of my debit card the system rejected the payment I go into my bank account but somehow rejected payments were withdrawn from both accounts so as opposed to paying 2708 for his phone bill we end up paying when we called to try to resolve the issue it was the worst experience ever customer service representative number one said there was no one else to speak to and that the payments were rejected I had my bank on another phone line she hears the entire conversation she's telling them that they we have the transactions numbers for the pending transactions they finally transfer me to someone else who was no help at all then they transfer me to the billing I guess to get the refund and he was so freaking rude had the nerve to tell my son don't listen to the person that makes the payment to the weirdest cheap ass phone service they have so now we still have to wait for someone to call his phone that was technically paid for already and the fund should have been immediately added in order for him to actually utilize his phone... I don't know where simple Mobile came from but your name matches the personality of your customer service Representatives simple minded. Simply stupid this will be the last time my son uses this phone carrier because I don't understand the point of them they were not able to rectify the situation simply so they're not as simple as their name states and I was disgusted with the whole experience. It takes a lot for me to leave a review like this I have to be very upset for me to leave a review like this but the lack of assistance the lack of knowledge the customer service Representatives had just the lack of patience they had what I don't like and I'm not a racist person is when people from different countries and ethnicities have very little patience with the problems that their company created because how was it that you don't have record of payments that was made to your company but I do why is it that on my son's phone it says these payments were made on January 2nd a day that hasn't even arrived yet as opposed to January 1st the date the payments were made. And why do we have to speak to four and five different people just to resolve one freaking issue I don't know who's stealing but y'all need to find out cuz somebody in your company is stealing.

Total trash. I spent over 3 hours trying to setup this trash. Between it refusing to connect to the internet, to refusing to activate at all, saying that the phone number is pending for the dates of January 2024-February 2024, ITS DECEMBER 2023!!!!!!!! I needed the phone activated the damn day I got it my child is being left home alone for a few hours!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It’s 2am and I have to leave for work in 3!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Trust me when I say they tested my patience. And I can say goodbye to simple mobil. I made 26 calls in 12 hours due to my phone saying not registered on network. While I was continously passed on to another so called qualified tech. I would be hung up on. Tomorrow new service with another company. I have used this company for years on several phones. Update. 118 calls from the time I had issues until I had to go with another provider. They wouldn't transfer my number. Playing alot of games. Lies that were reprehensible. It was a circus with customer service. Finally I had decided after having this number for 20 years I was going to have to give up the good fight and walk away from it. What does customer service have to benefit by not transferring my old number to a new carrier? I surprised myself and never once lost my cool. How you say? It took everything I had with patience. I wanted my number! On the last day of trying I was given a whole different account number transferred over to a different person for the pin. It finally worked! I'm going to be honest I had great service with simple mobile. The problem started with a corrupt sim card and they refused to send me a new one. Five frustrating days. All I have to say is cell service is good customer service is the worst. And you can't understand a single person.

WORST COMPANY EVER

I had the absolute displeasure of dealing with Simple Mobile, and I must say, it was a nightmare from start to finish. Their customer service is an absolute joke. It's as if they train their representatives to be as unhelpful as possible. They seem to take pride in intentionally hanging up on you when you're in desperate need of assistance, especially if you dare ask for your account information because you're thinking of transferring to another company. It's like they know you want to leave, and they're doing everything in their power to make sure you can't.

It's clear that Simple Mobile cares more about squeezing every last penny out of their customers than providing any semblance of decent customer service. They couldn't care less about your problems or concerns. It's all about the money for them.

And let's not even get started on their service. I couldn't get a signal anywhere. It's like they're operating in the Stone Age when it comes to network coverage. The only redeeming quality is their cheap plans, but trust me, they are not worth it. The quality of service you get is beyond abysmal.

Save yourself the headache and steer clear of Simple Mobile. They are a disgrace to the telecommunications industry, and you deserve better.

Simple Mobile is by far the absolute worst phone service I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I’d rather pay the crooks at Verizon $120 a month than deal with the blatant lying that seems to be policy over at SM.

I called customer service to request my phone records from a short but specific period of time.

They tell me I can find my phone records by opening my “phone” app and tapping the “recent” icon…ummm really? lololol NO. I said my REAL phone records…The ones you (as my service provider) are required by law to keep for me (as your customer).

Then they dropped their act and all the sudden now they might have my records at a different department. So I get transferred to them. I request records for said period of time. They tell me I will receive my records in no more than 30 days. 30 days has come and gone and I still have no records that I was promised. Not only that, but when I called them to find out where my records are, they tell me they are going to investigate and will call me the next day to update me on what the deal is. That time has also come and gone without any follow up. Don’t waste your time or money with this pathetic joke of an operation. Oh and if you think their customer service is bad based on what I just wrote, that’s nothing compared to how bad their coverage is…lol what a mistake to have given this company a chance!

So disappointing please go elsewhere…

So disappointing please go elsewhere for service.. I broke my phone/ it went black and cannot turn on. I was unable to retrieve any information from my phone such as the password pin for my simple mobile account. I usually write things down because I have medical issues, and cannot remember things (amnesia). They send me a code to my Gmail which I never received. I asked what email do you have they're not allowed to say. So I repeated my email which was the wrong email, OK no I'm upset because this is going on 3 weeks trying to get the pin that I clearly can't remember and they have an email that I'm clueless about. I want to keep my number for numerous amount of reasons
Instead of helping me solve the issue they're brushing me off as if my loyalty to their company wasn't enough. Once this month is over I'm switching to a more professional, qualified business, that will assist you with any issues regarding my needs. Please go elsewhere run from this BS of a carrier. Horrible service bad reception just low budget business

TALK ABOUT INCOMPETENT/ LYING, UNHELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES...ALL THREE WITHIN 1 HOUR...ARIEL, NICOLE, MARIA.

I QUESTION THE LEGITIMACY OF SIMPLE MOBILE CELL PHONE SERVICE WHICH I PURCHASED ON DECEMBER 2, 2023 FOR OVER $85.00+. I ASK REP. ARIEL HOW COULD I USED UP MY 1.2 GB. / 1,245+ GB WITHIN 2 HOURS OF USAGE JUST AFTER ACTIVATING MY NEW CELL PHONE WITH SIM CARD I PURCHASED??? REP. ARIEL STATED...OH! YOUR APPS ON YOUR PHONE WERE BEING UPDATED AND THAT HOW YOU USED UP THAT MUCH DATA. I SAID...WHAT?!?!?! THEN HE DISCONNECTED THE CALL AFTER I STATED"AGAIN".... HOW COULD THAT HAPPEN WITHIN 2 HOURS OF USAGE... ESPECIALLY WHEN I DIDN'T TRY TO UPDATE MY OWN APPS???

I CALLED BACK AFTER REPRESENTATIVE ARIEL DISCONNECTED THE CALL. THAT'S WHEN REP. NICOLE ANSWERED MY CALL. NICOLE STARTED PLAYING GAMES AND LIED MULTIPLE TIMES. SHE STATED SHE WOULD GIVE ME GB'S FOR MY INCONVENIENCE SINCE ARIEL MIS- INFORMED ME REGARDING MY GB. SUDDENLY SHE STATED WITHIN 15 MINUTES GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH HER REFUSING TO WALK ME THROUGH SETTINGS APP TO GET MY SPEED UP TO WHERE IT SHOULD BE, INORDER TO OPEN A SIMPLE LINK OR GOOGLE SEARCH OR TO SEE MY EMAILS OR SEND EMAILS WITHOUT MY PHONE FREEZING. NICOLE RESPONSE WAS... SHE'S SORRY BUT SHE CAN ONLY SEND ME THE INSTRUCTIONS BY TEXT FOR ME TO FOLLOW MYSELF. THEN SHE STATED...SINCE I DON'T HAVE ANOTHER CELL PHONE... SO SHE CAN'T WALK ME THROUGH.B.T.W...SOMEONE MUST TRAIN REPRESENTATIVES HOW TO RETRIEVE IMEI,ICCID, MEID NUMBER...ETC...ETC...

THEN MARIA CONTINUED TO THE FIASCO WITH THE VOLUME....THEN I HUNG UP...AFTER ALMOST 20 MINUTES WITH HER THEN SUDDENLY PHONE STARTED WORKING FOR "NOW". UNTIL LATER AGAIN...

I WOULDN'T REFER ANYONE TO SIMPLE MOBILE EVER WITH GOOD REASON. ALSO THE PHONE SPEED IS THE WORST WITHIN THE 3 DAYS OF USAGE.

THERE'S A GOOD REASON THE OTHER REVIEWS ARE AWFUL ON HERE.

WORST customer service

WORST customer service, as they are obviously trying to read a google translation of your questions if you are calling from USA. Also, when they said 1-3 business days, there must be NEW math, because it has been 7 days and not even any shipping information. The calls have been painful; plus they said to talk with the "warehouse;" today, I was told the "Warehouse is Not taking calls." There are too many other low cost alternatives. Save your money; while I try to get mine BACK!

I would not recommend anyone to get…

I would not recommend anyone to get services with simply mobile. They sent me 2 replacement phones that were not the phones I should have received and had another number attached to it. When I activated it, I lost my real number that I had for many years, and they told me it was nothing they could do about it. I have been hung up on by customer service and once I paid my phone off, they would not unlock my phone. They have terrible customer service and terrible service as well. I never want to go back to simply mobile.
