My husband needed his specs repaired. We sent them in and because they were not acetate, they couldn't be mended... However Simple Specs emailed us with an alternative/similar frame option and told us they could fit the lenses into the new frame. It was a great suggestion.. the specs came back looking great and they credited us too as the alternative repair was cheaper... Great communication and service!

My Chanel reading glasses broke at the nose. I contacted Chanel and they told me that they couldn't repair them because they no longer made the parts. I contacted my optician and they could not repair them, and didn't know of any company that could. I resorted to contacting local reputable jewellers that carry out jewellery repairs but they didn't want to attempt to repair them. Fortunately, I discovered Simplespex online and sent them photos of my glasses and they told me that they could repair them. They were sent, repaired and returned within a week and the workmanship is excellent. I highly recommend this company.

This is the third time I've used Simplespex, George initially did an amazing repair on a pair of glasses that I had sat on, they come back like new, I have since had George reglaze My favourite frames twice due to new prescriptions, and I can't fault the service, George is very helpful and knowledgeable, And I have been delighted with my glasses every time, Fast and efficient service every time, Highly recommended.

Absolutely incredible service from these guys!! I damaged my new Brunello Cucinelli sun glasses frames whilst on holiday. I found these on Google and they repolished them to a brand new factory finish!! The service was also so fast! Can’t recommend enough.👌🏼👌🏼

I sent my glasses to Simplespex having been told they couldn’t be repaired as the spring hinge had broken. They were returned in a week - repaired, cleaned and with a personal note.

Firstly, George is the best—he’s literally a human Wikipedia for glasses. He knows everything!

I was originally quoted over £200 by Lensology for lenses that weren’t even suitable for me. George explained which lenses would actually work better, and they were half the cost of what I almost spent elsewhere. The turnaround was very quick too.

This is hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had with a company. I genuinely felt listened to and cared for. All my messages were answered quickly and thoroughly, which I really appreciate.

I’ll be getting my glasses reglazed with SimpleSpex from now on, and I’ll be recommending them to all my friends and family :)

My review of Simplespex is very simple. If you are looking for an online Company where you will save money and at the same time benefit from expert technical knowlege and ability matched to absolute trust integrity where every customer will be treat as a VIP then look no further. I use this review to thank George again for simply wonderful service and perfect new (albeit complicated) glasses.

What a great company. It’s almost shocking, top tier service perfection. I threaded the heads of two screws trying to get the lens out of my glasses. Initially forgot to send them in and when I emailed months later asking if I could send them in on the original invoice and price - replied quickly and no problems at all to send them. I originally ordered two screws to be drilled (I couldn’t imagine how those screws would come out otherwise, ridiculously tight and I completely destroyed the heads in the process). They called me on the phone to explain they were repaired and explained they had managed to remove the screws without drilling and as a result.. provided me a 50% refund because they’d extracted the screws more easily. I don’t think I’ve ever come across a more honest company in my life. Glasses turned around really fast. They were sent back immediately, perfect, new screws and a spare set with not a mark on the glasses and my new lens are now in within a few working days of having posted them to them. Seems like all the trustpilot reviews are equally gushing and they absolutely deserve all of it and more. I couldn’t recommend them more. I’m still amazed there actually are businesses like this that even exist. Superb.
