Small company that seems to be professional
Product details were clear on website and I like that the company is small and publishes its actual address, and local telephone number, and contact email on its website (bigger companies tend not to allow contact by email which I dislike). Product arrived quickly. Would recommend.

This is very simple to use, but I found I was
bewildered at figuring out the results not being
medically minded. I matched the color, but
then there was no explanation as to how good
or bad that color was. What the body was doing
with that colored patch. I wish there was more information as it is worthless not knowing reason for color.

Due to the Royal Mail strikes on 26 and 31 August and 8 and 9 September 2022 there have been delays with deliveries. This is completely out of our control and we apologise for their delays and we hope customers can be patient.

Well partially replaced mains water
With the drought I discovered our well. The test told me ok to use for irrigation but pathogens present to bar drinking without filter. So no nasty heavy metals and nitrate/ nitrate level a weak fertiliser.

Simplex Health Water & Health Testing have a unique range of products
I found Simplex Health Water & Health Testing when searching the internet for a specific range of litmus paper having a narrow pH band which had been difficult to find. Their website was easy to use, they had what I needed, at a competitive price and they were located in the UK which made delivery fast and efficient. I am happy with my purchase.

Customer ordered on 2nd May. Item was sent by Royal Mail on the 3rd May, on the 14th May the customer informed us the order hasnt arrived, we checked the address and resent the same product again on the 18th May. This review is the only time we have heard from this customer since the order was resent. We recieve emails daily, and reply within 24 hours Monday to Friday.
