We have just returned from a holiday arranged by Simplexity Travel and the experience from start to finish was great. From the initial contact with Mark and working through the details with Emma and Holly, they were responsive, helpful and more than happy to accommodate our ever-changing requirements. Definitely recommended.
We had a fantastic experience in the box at Wembley for Harry Styles, organised by Simplexity. The box was beautifully designed, creating the perfect setting for a great evening, and the staff were exceptional throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. A huge thank you to Simplexity for making it such a memorable occasion. We would highly recommend them.
Simplexity arranged tickets for us for the Harry Styles Wembley tour and they were great to deal with. They got us fantastic seats and delivered the tickets to us with a clear itinerary. The team were super easy to deal with and I’ll definitely be using them again for future events!

I recently used Simplexity Travel for a Harry Styles concert, and the service was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We had fantastic seats with a perfect view, and the overall atmosphere was wonderful. The team at Simplexity made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Simplexity responded speedily to my request to get me from South Asia to the UK avoiding the Middle East as my original tickets were useless in the days following Trump's action against Iran in February 2026. When all airlines and travel agents were indicating no available tickets, they found me a direct flight to Paris (admittedly not cheaply). They also kept in close touch by phone and email when this was being arranged. I felt very looked after.

We were lucky enough to win the box experience at Wembley for the FA cup semi final - Man City vs Nottingham Forest last year. We had an absolutely fantastic day and were looked after throughout! We had a full 3 course meal and included soft drinks throughout our visit. Even better the result that Man City won! Was a great experience with my brother which we will probably never get the opportunity to again.
