Terrible customer service and company

Terrible customer service and company. Ordered 3 piece set. One piece was delivered, I waited a couple weeks for the rest of the pieces. When they didn’t come emailed them. Turns out they were damaged and returned to them. It never occurred to them to let me know, they were just going to not send me the rest of my order. By the time the get a response the pieces I’m missing are sold out. They offer me a refund of LESS THAN THE TABLES COST MAKING THE ONE PIECE I DID RECEIVE COST ME OVER RETAIL PRICE LOL. Joke of a company. Finally got a response that they would send replacement tables in a different size, by the time they got around to it those were sold out too. Unbeleiveable. Do not buy from this company. You will regret it.

Terrible customer service, avoid this company

Defective product received.Split top same as other reviewer in addition to gouges and busted drawers. Endless delays and non-answers from "customer service" (funny name for that group). Told me replacement parts coming via Fedex and I would get tracking in a few days. Nothing. Then they blamed Fedex for losing the parts which I doubt shipped. So offered me $40 in Paypal credit ( I don't have PayPal) for my $400 coffee table. Wow. Each time I ask a specific question, I get a canned response /non response about "patience, we are working on it, yada yada. Delivered 7/15, still "working on it" 9/4. The plan seems to be to string the client along until too late to return the item. Avoid this company.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Next to AT&T, possibly the WORST customer service ever! Just needed one simple part that was defective and it took over a week to finally get anyone to acknowledge any correspondence! FOUR phone messages and at least three e-mails. When I was able to speak to someone (I called again), they just talked in circles and told me to submit information that had already been completed on their complaint template. It got so bad that their representative hung up on me. BAD BUSINESS! Will NEVER order any of their products again.

Nice table but terrible customer service

We ordered the Hunter Lift table via Kohls and when it arrived it was already scratched on the sides where they stored the metal legs because the legs' tip went through the plastic. We contacted the customer service and asked if it's possible to get the table replaced because we really liked the look of it and accidents can happen (in regards of the delivery). But they started to talk around it that there's no replacement parts in stock. We then were wondering how would you even replace this because the table doesn't come in multiple chunks, it's ONE table. So they again explained there are no replacement parts available for the next few weeks. We then said ok that's fine, we'll wait. They then continued to offer us a $40 reimbursement... on a $500 table.

At this point we gave it up. If you get a product from them, be aware that the product might be nice but the customer service is terrible.
In regards to the table: we kept it a little bit longer and recognized that simple daily use scratches the top very easily. Keep in mind that we're really careful with our things, especially with new things but with this table it was just not possible to prevent little scratches.

So all in all, meh :/
