These was a BIG SCAM and a waste of time and MONEY!

This company essentially stole 2k from me. They didn't deliver on any of their promises even when given extra time. I must have had a rookie team because this experience was horrible.

The charged my card directly for the google ads.

I was promised 2x ROI within 60 days or my money back plus a double guarantee from Google to run additional ads.

They kept my three payments to them plus the google ad money as well as google's match ad spend funds. So technically it was about a $3500 loss.

Pulkit and his team got fired apparently but they were consistently dropping the ball. After him and his team was fired they brought new people in who kept hounding me for more money to keep the services going even though they hadn't performed up to ANY standards.

They redesigned a website (which I had previously paid to get one created). Asked for more time to fix the issues. They repeatedly apologized for the mistakes but nothing was ever fixed. I got calls from "senior management" who asked for 2 more weeks because they know they could deliver and they would work for free...only to get calls from other people asking for more money.

I had to login and show how they charged my card directly, show bank and credit card statements in which they said "sorry that wasn't suppose to happen like that, we don't know why we didn't switch the payments before running ads, we won't ask you for any more money and we'll do the work"!

Well nothing was done, I sent several emails to Akshay, he responded maybe once to me asking for my money back then stopped corresponding.

A former employee was tagged to the emails and called me directly to apologize and to tell me I should dispute it with my card to get my money back. Apparently it was some shady stuff going on prior to her leaving.

To this day I have still not been made whole and they website they built has been shut down which also screwed my emails up making me lose half a day trying to restore my services.

I know this was a little lengthy but this was a horrible experience and they underperformed horribly!

For those considering working with this company, don’t be misled by the facade it’s essentially like working for free.

You need marketing to be competitive

I was on Google and an ad for my competitor popped up. I was mortified! I started my research only to discover it was very complicated. Then I found Simplia. They now handle everything for me. They even keep an eye on my competition.

Simplia Inc., operating under Lotus Interworks (Los Angeles, CA) failed to pay my final due compensation

This company:

1. Exploits international professionals

2. Delays or denies payments without justification

3. Presents a polished front to U.S. clients while practicing internal mismanagement

I am initiating complaints with:

1. California Department of Industrial Relations

2. California DOJ

3. FTC (Federal Trade Commission)

If you're a U.S. client looking for transparency, ethics, and reliability in a marketing partner — stay far away from Simplia. What you see in their pitch is not what happens behind the scenes.

total scam

total scam.RUN RUN RUN. CONS CROOKS. Took $1500 and zero results. Then took another $750 on my visa which i had to fight for like crazy to get them to refund. STAY AWAY!! Total fraudsters from India.. It is a company called Simplia i am referring to.

Unethical Practices and Unacceptable Treatment – Think Twice Before Joining

I am choosing to remain anonymous out of caution, but I strongly feel the need to speak up about my experience with Simplia.

For several consecutive months, salaries have been delayed without proper communication, leaving employees uncertain and financially strained. What’s even more alarming is the recurring, unexplained deductions—sometimes as much as 30% of our monthly salary—with no clear breakdown, valid reason, or consent. Attempts to raise these concerns have often been met with vague responses or complete silence.

These actions show a blatant disregard for employee welfare and reflect extremely unethical business practices. People dedicate their time, skills, and energy expecting to be treated fairly and compensated as agreed. Instead, many of us were left demoralized, overworked, and underpaid—with no assurance that things would improve.

No one deserves to be kept in the dark about something as fundamental as their earnings. If this is how Simplia treats its team, it raises serious concerns about how the company conducts itself overall.

To anyone considering working with or for Simplia: proceed with extreme caution. Transparency, integrity, and respect for employees are not just optional values—they are non-negotiable. Sadly, my experience has shown that these values are severely lacking here.

RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THIS COMPANY!

They charged me $1500 and all I got was spam from India and the Philippines. Zero leads. They didn't use any of my money for ads. Instead fact, I canceled and they charged my card another $1500. I got that back from my credit card company and am still awaiting the other $1500. Then out of spite, the spoof called me 727 times (to date) with a fake google ads call us 877 number that is a porn website. Then their employees started questioning their unethical practices and the fired dozens of them. Fact. Pending a civil suit as we speak.

SCAMMERS

Paid Simplia $4000 to do marketing for me. They guaranteed that they would 2 times my add spend or if not, they would give me a full refund. They have not given me a refund. They started ignoring my emails, and when I disputed it with my bank, they filed a counterclaim ,so that they can attempt to keep my money! SCAMMING CROOKS! DO NOT USE!
This company's business model is to steal from its clientele. Have emails from former employees confirming that all they do is attempt to collect the money up front. Were they falsely claim the will 2x times ROI its a guarantee knowing that it would be difficult for you to get your money back when you ever needed to dispute the charges! They even attempted to contact me after I started leaving them reviews saying that the only way they would refund my money would be if I removed the reviews prior to them giving me my refund.

Issue resolved.

Simplia didn't work for me. That happens, and I have no issues with the marketing plan not panning out.

I'm giving them three stars because their customer service is difficult to work with. They did resolve my issue eventually, but not without some serious effort.
