House sale
In a very difficult, long winded and complex chain Ben and his team were great. They communicated regularly and pushed hard to get things moving when there was delays. They really did go above and beyond to support me with the whole process. I highly recommend Simply Homes

Was recommended by a friend - she told me to see Ben and he would take care of us. Well that certainly turned out to be the case - was there every step of the way with our purchase and as a first time mover he calmed me down when I was as doing my best to be stressed !! Would not hesitate to recommend

A fun and stress-free experience!
Ben and Linda at Simply Homes are a fabulous team. They were one step ahead of us at every stage of our sale and move. Nothing was too much trouble and they only ever called with ideas or answers to keep things moving smoothly. Buying and selling with them was a fun and stress-free experience. Highly recommend them!

Great service
We were very pleased with the service provided by Simply Homes. It was very easy to contact them and they continuously updated us through our move, making it a very easy process. Simply Homes provided excellent service throughout the sale process
Simply Homes provided excellent professional service throughout the sale process.
After valuation they took stunning pictures of my poperty wich really showed it at its best. They then actively went out finding potential buyers for my property and within 2 weeks of listing I had accepted an offer.
They have been professional and helpful throughout the entire process I will be recommending in the future.

What a great company
We bought our first home via Simply Homes and they were a delight to deal with at every stage of the process. Communication was fantastic, proactive and efficient, and they went the extra mile at every opportunity; in fact, we keep finding ourselves reaching for adjectives we have never had cause to attribute to any estate agents we've dealt with before - highly recommended!

Brilliant estate agent
Brilliant estate agent - sold our property which had been on the market for a while (with a different agent) within a few weeks had a good amount of viewings and several offers. Ben was brilliant - very easy to communicate with and kept us updated throughout the sale process. Have just completed on our sale now and would definitely use Simply Homes again in the future (not that we are planning to move any time soon!). Would highly recommend.

Best Estate Agent that I have ever…
Best Estate Agent that I have ever dealt with !
Got me a great price and a quick sale. The photos are brilliant, and they kept me advised all the way through. Don't bother with the online companies. Simply Homes got me a better price that more than covered what I would have "saved" on commission !!!
Will be recommending them to friends and family for sure.
