I've contacted the company several times. I have not received my order. Payment was taken on the same day. It's now been 10 days. I needed the items for this weekend. It's a shame!

I've never previously ordered from you. Basically the order was straight forward, and arrived in no time at all.

Have emailed three times and called numerous times to two phone numbers found online.

Phone line goes through to voicemail and emails are not responded to.

I want to return an item, there wasn't a return slip in my package. I don't want to send it back and they just lose it in the system without issuing refund.

I will keep on trying, if not will charge back via cc company.
