I bought a pack of their “SD Floss Mix & Match” and they are just plain not good. They snap all the time, usually on the first use. If you’re lucky you might get two or three uses out of it but that’s about it. I bought Thai produce because I wanted something reusable so I wouldn’t have to trash so many floss sticks but I’m trashing just as many of these.
On top of that, there is no way to see the reviews on their site. You can only see how many “stars” a product has, but you can't read or write a review on their page (which is why I’m writing one here, yes they are so bad that I made an account on a new website to complain about them). Not good, don’t waste your money.

it broke with first time flossing. I was not able to floss all my teeth for the first time. Worst product I have ever tried.

I went to my dentist now twice. They hygenist commented on how much less plaque I had on my teeth since my last cleaning and saId I must have really stepped up my flossing. Well...to be honest the only thing I really did was to use the Simply Floss Tooth brush. ( I have never been the best flosser..). I just went again and she said " I hardly have anything to do your teeth are so clean and plaque free!!! It is the tooth brush. Such an amazing product. I will never switch back to the usual ones!

Can't cure user error

This product has been fantastic and works like a charm! I find the most common mistake people make is treating this like the floss they always use. This is a thin silicone piece so naturally if you pull on it too much it will snap! I just wish people would learn how to use it properly so they can see how great of a product this is!

The flosses snapped. Both times using brand new ones, they broke! They’re not as reusable as they advertise, unfortunately.

I like reusing floss and don't like the chemical and smell laden single use floss in the market

even love their reusable brush! and the on the go mirror case too

I broke one but there was a learning curve
Now one lasts for 20 uses for me when used correctly!

Needed innovation in the dental space

I ordered the Mix ’n’ Match sampler and in the first two days of use, the two flossers I used both snapped. By no means was I pulling them to breaking point; they just snapped between my teeth. Clearly not a sustainable alternative if it goes straight in the bin.
