3rd time around using Simply and Alex Gould for residential and BTL mortgages. Never any issues and always successful. Great service as always.

Simply lending are absolutely fantastic I wouldn’t have gotten my mortgage with out them. I had never done anything like this before and they was always there when I had concerns. Max wallis my mortgage advisor was absolutely fantastic and helped me evey step of the way would always recommend max as he is absolutely brilliant. Jackie my case manager was also brilliant and go this done for me very quickly I wouldn’t definitely recommend simply lending.

My experience was very transparent. They always kept me updated with honesty throughout.

This is the 4th time of using Simply Lending. My credit file is not all good following Covid and every time they had got me a fantastic deal on my Mortgage and secured loan.

Every advisor I have spoken to has been knowledgeable, polite and personable. They stayed in constant contact to keep me updated on progress.

Massive shout out to Ava Conroy and Ria Daniel for their great effort and support in getting us a mortgage in a very good time. Our case was a bit complex, but from the start with their patience and rigour we got there. They are polite, they are professional, updates received all through out via emails and calls and all enquiries responded to promptly. Could not have asked for more... in a few weeks we move into our dream home!!

My initial contact with Steven Neale on the back of what I thought was probably a bit of a hopeless enquiry led to him sourcing me a mortgage, skilfully negotiating pitfalls and working with me to collate the necessary information to progress to a submission.

From there, Zoe Vango has been amazing, constantly keeping me updated and requesting information timely which has today led to a mortgage offer which at 60 yrs old, I had given up on! I only wish I had contacted them years ago!

We have just got our mortgage offer arranged by Michael and Kerry and the Simply team. We had previously been messed about by another so called specialist broker for three mo thsand were very anxious and skeptical following a damaging divorce about losing our dream home.
From the outset Michael was efficient, honest and knowledgable. Far from recommending him, I would go as far as to say I have already asked him to contact me when my fixed rate ends to review our position and get our next deal.
If you are struggling or stressing about your Mortgage, Michael and the team are absolutely the best point of call.

This was my first time applying for a mortgage, and I had very little idea of how the process worked. Curtis truly came through — he provided support at every stage, offered valuable recommendations, and ensured everything went smoothly.

Despite a few challenges on my side, the excellent communication and teamwork from Curtis, Lauren, and the entire Simply Lending team made all the difference. They helped clear every hurdle, and we successfully got approved in the end.

I honestly never thought I'd get a mortgage but these guys did it and whats more they listened and understood the situation and they did this without making you feel uncomfortable talking about adverse credit . I'm glad I went to them, they sorted out the mortgage and advised me well.

I have to say I was apprehensive using at start. having gone through divorce and credit being mixed and having no luck with local Mortgage brokers i reached out. I appreciate its expensive compared to most brokers, but not only did they get me a mortgage when others couldn't, they also secured a great rate, so easily negates the initial high cost. Wont be for everyone, but if in situation like i was, can be a game changer. Special shout out to Matthew and Louise who prob had to do more than normal to earn that offer, not least answering my many many phone calls. Always polite, and proactive.

We went to Simply Lending as a last shot, with no hope left in us. John initially dealt with us and had all the confidence, we’d lost, in getting us a mortgage. John found us a mortgage within days. We were then passed to Chanelle who has made this process so easy. Every email and question to both John and Chanelle was replied to the same day if not the next working day and they never made us feel like a burden with all the questions we had.

They have made the impossible possible for us as today we received our final mortgage offer when no other broker or lender was willing to look at us and our circumstances.
