Communication and arrival accuracy

This is my second time buying a case, I ordered the same gladiator style case for my new phone. Looks great and it fits perfect, beautiful quality like last time. I get a lot of compliments on this case, would recommend and buy again.

Gorgeous cases. Ordered my first case from them (one of the dragon obe) wasn't expecting it to be 3d textured. It's a literally art piece for your phone.

I’ve utilized Simplymdrn in the past with for phone cases for past IPhones and have been very pleased with the quality of the products they’ve provided. Recently I’ve upgraded to a new iPhone so I chose their company again for another phone case. Unfortunately the first case I received did not fit very well for the iPhone model that I currently have. However after reaching out to the company about this issue my concerns were quickly met with prompt and accommodating emails that lead to a quick resolve of me receiving another case model that fits like a glove. All around I am very happy with this company’s customer service department. I am aware that manufacturing mishaps occur here and there and I’m very pleased to have had my complaints heard and addressed so promptly. I will most certainly look towards this company in the future in the event that I have any other needs!

These cases have the coolest designs ever. They are also very protective for they’re designs.

It was a shitshow from the beginning. This company doesn't really do regular updates on where you phone case is while it gets send. Then there is the issue that these people take 11€ for shipping including the german tax on foreign purchases. Well i had to pay 11€ again in order to get the item. So where did the money i payed for go??. Its a scam with an actual product
