Order placed a few days before I started a swimming coached class. Didn’t expect to get my purchases which included prescription goggles in time but the6 arrived really quickly and I was pleased with all items

Great swim suit - fits like a glove and dries really quickly

Excellent product, very comfortable to wear in the pool. The process of purchasing online was straightforward and the delivery was smooth. Thank you, I can recommend these goggles.

They don’t fit. I bought them after receiving a marketing email on these goggles. I bought them because they state they’re specifically targeted for females/smaller faces. They are too wide on the bridge of the nose and this area is not adjustable. I believe I am unable to send them back because my eyelashes made a mark on the inside of the eye cups and my delivery slip said I could not return them if I’ve touched the insides. I’ve never spent so much on a pair of goggles before and I’m rather disappointed tbh.

Zoggs range have lovely attractive swimsuits that fulfil my requirements. My navy ruched front Martinique suit is very comfortable and the microfibre towel is just the right size, drying me quickly and well.

Easy to order my swimsuit, difficult to choose as you are spoilt for choice. When it arrived impressed with packaging. The swimsuit fits perfectly, looks great on. Definitely will buy again

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Bought an item via Decathlon and immediately returned it for a refund as it was obviously too large. I didn’t unpack it out of its manufacturers packaging - as it was in a net bag it was obvious to see it was too big. So parcelled it up in a Royal Mail bag and sent it back. They sent me photos apparently showing a “mark on the item” and said that they couldn’t resell it because a cardboard thing had apparently come off. That hadn’t happened while I had it, so no idea what that was about. It’s now been over a month and have not received a refund or the item back. Tried calling and was told I would be called back but over a week later and nothing.

Great quality , super comfortable swim suit

Faulty goggles. Tried them for 5 days and they leaked in left lens every day. Have thrown them away. Expensive 5 swims. Any suggestions for a better brand.

I am very unhappy. My first order did not arrive in time for my holiday.
I ordered a second which arrived in time.
When I returned the original package was here.
Both packages were badly packed with minimal protective layer. Thankfully goods were ok.
I wrote within the timeframe for a full refund. 4/9/25
I asked for a returns label. No reply.
I forwarded email on 12/9 was told previous hadn’t arrived.
I did not receive a ‘not delivered’ email.
I am now told I can only have a credit note which I don’t want.
I will delete this review if you refund full cost.

The website is really easy the get around and ordering is very satisfying

The swim hat I bought was of good quality and arrived in a timely manner.

Very efficient. Seems so much easier to order the correct sizes than with other companies.

Amazing selection of really good quality swimsuits. The one I chose is as described, good quality, fits well and perfect for swimming lengths in local pool. The towel is amazing as it absorbs so much but doesn't get soaked.

The trunks I ordered were too small but I was easily able to return them and have a replacement sent in about a week.

Very happy with the service and product.
