📢 ALERTE CONSOMMATEUR : Sim Racing – L’envers du décor chez Simsonn
Objet : Pratiques commerciales et SAV défaillants de la marque Simsonn
Passionné de Sim Racing, je souhaite alerter la communauté et les futurs acheteurs sur les pratiques de la marque Simsonn (pédaliers).
Après seulement quatre mois d'utilisation, mon pédalier présente des dysfonctionnements majeurs le rendant inutilisable. Si le matériel semble correct au déballage, la réalité du service après-vente est tout autre :
• Un SAV fantôme : Malgré plusieurs prises de contact, aucune solution concrète n'est proposée.
• Fuite de responsabilité : Le service client se contente de réponses évasives visant uniquement à masquer leur responsabilité contractuelle, plutôt qu'à résoudre une panne dont le coût de réparation est pourtant dérisoire.
• Garantie inexistante : Sous une façade de marque émergente, Simsonn ignore les droits fondamentaux des consommateurs une fois la vente conclue.
Le Sim Racing repose sur la précision et la confiance dans son matériel. Aujourd'hui, la marque Simsonn ne respecte pas ses engagements.

J’invite donc chaque pilote, en France comme en Europe, à la plus grande vigilance avant d’investir chez eux. Un prix attractif ne justifie pas l'absence totale de support technique et le mépris du client.

Ne vous laissez pas séduire par le marketing, exigez un service à la hauteur de votre passion.

Be aware of the delivery times

I did an order thinking was going to arrive between 3 to 7 days paying the express delivery (which is almost 24 pounds more), the problem is that they don't explain that they have 1-2 days of processing that is added to the timing plus the fact that those 3-7 days are working days. They have an area in the web explaining this but not at the checkout. Before the order was dispatched I asked to change my delivery to normal but the order was anyway dispatched with the express delivery. I would recommend to order Simsonn products from amazon. They finally refunded me the extra cost of the delivery after several emails, however, I feel this would have been way easier through amazon.

No customer service

No customer service, no reply’s on multiple emails. After i recieved wanted to return. Quality looks good but i cant return it.
Dont buy here if you want to see if its good for your gaming setup you cant return.
Because they dont answer emails.

Simsonn if you read this. Please solve the issue with me than i can adjust the review.

Just issued a chargeback with SIMSONN - Beware



I just got into sim racing last year, and have been using a 20 year old logitech wheel + pedal combo up until now that I got on marketplace for $10, and I saved up some money to get a solid rig for the new year. I bought a new monitor, wheelstand, wheel, and wheelbase, and had it shipped to my college apartment.

I ordered SIMSONN's pedals near the beginning of the month, resulting in an order of slightly over $300 USD. Their listed shipping times are 5-12 days, so after this had passed, I emailed their support asking for an update. They said that the item was out of stock due to product updates, they were expecting to get more in the warehouse soon, and would ship by the end of the week. The end of the week passed with no update, so I asked again, expressing my dissatisfaction. They basically repeated the last email, and told me "by the end of the week" again. After this I told them to cancel the order if they cannot get it shipped by the end of the next week, totaling around 3 weeks of delay without an accurate timeline. That deadline just passed yesterday, with no shipping notice or cancellation notice. Since I can't trust them to ship my order on time, give me an accurate order timeline, or cancel my order from their end if they can't fulfill it, I figured I can't trust them to process a refund in a timely manner either, so I went for the chargeback.

It's been very frustrating talking to their support while all the other parts of my new rig sit in my room waiting to be built for around a month. I feel I shouldn't have been able to order a product that was out of stock through their website, or should have at least received advanced notice of this huge delay. Instead they hung me out to dry.

I understand it seems like many people love the pedals (which is why I bought them in the first place!), but from my experience, I would advise not trusting this company with your money.

I ordered on 29

I ordered on 29. of December and they did ship the first package of 2 on the 12. January and the second package is still not shipped. Their support is horrible. I will open a PayPal case to get my money back.

Tres mauvais service apres vente
J ai voulu annuler une commande juste apres l avoir faite, car je voulais recommander un pack padale bass shaker, j ai envoyer un mail, pas de reponse, la commande a ete envoyer, apres plusieurs mails, il me demande a ma charge de renvoyer la commande..., malgré tout je passe par mondial relay pour leur permettre de choisir un pointde retrait et reduire le cout du renvoi, pas de reponse...

SAV CATASTROPHIQUE - ORDER SSN4229 - Article manquant dans colis

J'ai effectué une commande le 1 décembre pour l'achat de 2 pédales avec haptique et baseplate, sur le site du fabricant en me disant que ce serait mieux, a l'arrivée du colis, il manquait la baseplate dans le colis, ce qui arrive, j'ai essayé en vain de demander de m'envoyer le reste, et après 3 semaine d'échange laborieux avec leurs services, le colis n'est tjrs pas envoyé, avec des opérateur "robot" qui ne font que de répéter des messages tout fait, personne ne me raconte la même chose ! et tout le monde fait l'autruche, RESULTAT: nous sommes le 22/12/2025, je n'ai toujours pas de nouvelle et des réponse une fois toutes les 2 semaines, un noël raté, un article non reçu non remboursé, et j'espere ne pas avoir de SAV a faire chez eux ! PLUS JAMAIS SIMSONN !!!

Top Pedals For a Great Price!!

Top pedals for a great price. Incomparable to the Fanatec V3 I had so far. The overall construction is very sturdy and the quality of the product is surprising for such a low price product. Everything is awesome, the ride is excellent.
Good value for money and absolutely satisfied. Of course, what happens with wear and tear or breakdowns will remain to be seen.
