I bought a DOF Reality H3R motion platform from Corey @ SimTorque. His service was fantastic and answered all my questions quickly and in great depth. My setup wasn't necessarily a straight forward one as I wanted to replicate much of my original flight sim setup, complete with touchscreens and other peripherals. Never did I feel under pressure to spend more or place an order and he was honest in recommending me kit from other suppliers where applicable rather than charging more for the same thing. He worked to deserve my order which can't be said very often now adays. Order process was painless, I was kept up to date at all stages of the order journey and my platform arrived fairly quickly as they are made to order. I was a bit nervous using SimTorque as they are a fairly new company, but I need'nt have been, the service I received has been excellent! Recommended!

I got in contact with simtorque about a bespoke motion platform to use with VR for my gaming events business. Corey was great to work with, helped me every step of the way and was always available answering any questions or queries I had during the process.
Made everything super clear and gave me a detailed quote explaining the whole process from design and build to delivery, including how long each step would take. I couldn't recommend enough, sometimes it's a punt working with such a new business but I'm so glad I went with them, the customer service and detail was second to none.
