Une commande a plus 700€.
La livraison soit disant effectuée a mon domicile avec remise en main propre contre signature, j'étais au travail le jour de la livraison et aucun colis réceptionné a mon domicile. La société de livraison par 2 fois a confirmer la perte du colis et simultimate continue de demander une enquête. On m'avait recommander ce site pour ses prix et son sérieux, et bien grosse erreur et moi je ne vous le recommande absolument pas.
Le service client vous prend de haut, vous menace et vous traite limite de voleur ou de fraudeur!!!

We understand that such a situation can be very stressful, especially when a shipment does not arrive as expected. It is understandable that this causes frustration and annoyance.
At the same time, we would like to set the record straight for our readers: in this case, the shipping service provider provided Proof of Delivery. For this reason, FedEx did not consider the process to be clearly completed, despite repeated and ongoing clarifications on our part. An immediate refund was therefore not possible from a legal and procedural standpoint.
Although FedEx did not provide a final clarification until the very end, we decided to refund the full amount as a gesture of goodwill and without acknowledging any legal obligation in order to close the case despite the ongoing investigation and avoid further delays.
The suggestion that we acted inactively or deliberately delayed is therefore not in line with the actual course of events.
From our point of view, the case is closed.

Excellent, I contacted them by email and they explained everything to me, easy purchase, fast delivery, very satisfied, I'm from Brazil and asked for delivery to Italy, everything is fine, I recommend it for sure, the best equipment site for virtual races in Europe.

Perfecto para Canarias
Buen servicio de venta para las Islas Canarias, donde es difícil conseguir material de simracing.
Te hacen la factura con IGIC, y gestionan todo el papeleo. Cualquier cobro al recibir el paquete de lo devuelven enviándoles el justificante/factura.
El envío por GLS tarda unas dos semanas por culpa de las tramitaciones aduaneras.
