The shipping was pretty quick
The shipping was pretty quick. When I received my bag it was beautiful and the vegan leather was so soft, I have another vegan leather bag and it is no where near as soft as this bag.I absolutely love it.

This was my 1st purchase with Sinbono. My experience was great. I absolutely love the purses that I received. The chain of the crossbody bag had a little bit of weight to it which I liked. It felt sturdy. The quality and colors are amazing. Shipping was quick. The whole process went very smoothly. I'd definitely order again.

NO HELP
I placed my order on January 10, 2023. Received notice that my order was in transit on January 15, 2023. My package is still in China pending to be picked up by USPS. I've tried reaching out to customer service numerous times to get an answer, all they ever respond is my shipment is "In Transit" and tracking number. That tracking number clearly shows my shipment still in CHINA!! No help whatsoever and responses are not clear and just state the obvious. It is currently January 26, 2023 and still no other status except Label Created USPS Awaiting Item. As excited as I am about receiving my items, I will not be returning to purchase from SINBONO.
