In this industry and with what we do, is hard finding reputable vendors that deliver on their promise and do what they say they are going to do. From the beginning, Adam was very helpful and knowledgeable on what we needed. He verified the VIN is correct for the vehicle we are working on. We purchased a remanfactured transmission for a 2019 Toyota Highlander. The transmission came in fast, packaged well, complete with programming instructions. The product was clean and well put together. After installing, verifying fluid level and programming the transmission, we test drove it and with no issues. The customer was very please because the price was fair, the installation was smooth and now she is enjoying her vehicle and we look like heroes. I bought a transmission for my 2021 Nissan kicks. This place was nothing but professional.. they ended up saving me money...and now I no longer have a gigantic paperweight sitting in my driveway, I can actually drive my car now. If you are on the fence about buying from this place... You have nothing to worry about, it is a great place that sells good quality parts.

If you're on the fence about buying a Nissan do not they are horrible crappy vehicles and you'll end up replacing the transmission before you even reach 100,000 miles. But if you do decide to buy a Nissan this is the place to buy your transmission when it craps out on you.

Adam was so great to work with! We were up a creek trying to find a CVT for our 2019 Toyota C-HR. I found Adam and Sincere Gear on EBay and I won’t lie, i was a bit suspicious at first. The deal seemed too good to be true with everything I was finding available in the US. We ran into a couple hiccups with shipping (no fault of anyone, you’ll learn this if you ever have to deal with Customs, it is unpredictable) but Adam communicated clearly throughout the entire process and took care of us. He even called the shop doing the install to walk through the return process for the old CVT core and torque converter. I would 100% make the same decision if in the same situation again.

Despite some hiccups, the transmission I ordered was delivered to my mechanic. After two days of driving with the new transmission, it seems to be running like new. Thanks to Adam for the good communication and patients with me during the purchasing process.

Adam has been in contact throughout this whole process. He helped me save $ & has been in contact weekly asking for updates on installation & if the transmission worked. Even after hours he's been in touch. That's caring quality customer service that is extremely hard to find anymore. Above & beyond! He was more than willing to provide information he felt would help with the installation. As a somewhat retired mechanic I put it in good hands of another shop I deal with. This Highlander is not a DYI job! Once done it also has to be programmed. Sincere Gear is definitely AAA+ & has gained anymore business that I can send their way.

I work in the parts department at a Toyota dealership, we have sourced multiple remanufactured transmissions from SincereGear and they have been flawless in their rebuild quality and communication. The techs have been very pleased with the installation process and as well. Looking forward to doing more business with SincereGear in the near future.

I purchased a transmission from Adam of Sincere Gear, one month later, it started leaking. When I contacted them for warranty repairs, they refused to help. They told me to have the transmission checked by a mechanic and I did, not once, not twice but e times. They still refused to fix it. I spent $800 on my own for diagnosis alone. They gave me the run around for 3 weeks and when I got a repair quote for $2500, they told.me.to get it re diagnosed out of pocket again. All I wanted was for them to at least go half way on the repairs after purchasing the transmission from them for $4500. No consideration, no help, nothing. They sold me a bad transmission that I purchased for $4500 and only drove for 1 month. Moral of the story, stay away from them

Great communication, I was always given updates and a quick response if I had any questions.

Big shoutout to Adam he was very tentative and was able to secure me a steep preorder discount on a 2018 Toyota CHR transmission. Installed the transmission and drove 50,000 miles in 8 months no problem. Thanks Adam!

Awesome and trustworthy seller. I purchased a used Tesla battery from these guys. The battery was securely packed in a wooden case and was ready to be loaded as I arrived. They also helped me load it and secure the battery with straps. The battery was in great condition and exactly matched the description. Highly recommended! Thanks Adam!
