Beware I ordered an item on the fourth of December and twenty emails later I still have no item. 50% of my emails have been ignored. I have reported them to PayPal and MBNA. I don’t understand how they get away with this.

Do not offer refunds despite what their policy says.

The response you receive is:

Like others, have been scammed by these people...no indication on website that order 'supposesdly' coming from U.S....still not arrived after 6 weeks....ignoring all my attempts to contact them when asking to take back if in transit and refund.......save your hard earned money!!!!!!!!!!

Avoid this company. I ordered a pair of size 14 trousers and was sent a very poor quality pair which were size 4. No resolution from the company.

Avoid. I don’t usually fall for dodgy sales pitch but bought 2 ‘indestructible’ dog toys. I was overcharged, the toys took 3 weeks to arrive and my dog destroyed it in under 5 minutes. … not bothering to chase it up as l don’t trust the links you have to click on in their emails.

This company refuses to refund for 2 pairs of poorly made, and described as 12/14 leggings that wouldn't fit a child. Also too short.
Don't buy from them.

Bought a pair of fleece lined leggings. Took nearly a month to arrive. Despite ordering a size XL the leggings were barly a size 10. No returns policy and offered just 5GBP. Obviously a scam company. Avoid at all costs!!

Avoid this shower of scammers. Ordered a product back in November and still hasn't arrived. Fake tracking too. Avoid, Avoid, avoid

Bought 2 pairs of fleece leggings XL as I am a UK14. Although size said XL they would hardly fit a size 10. Tried exploring returning them only for customer services to be very unhelpful refusing to give returns information and offered £5 as recompense. Avoid like the plague unless you want scamming!

Purchased 3 "unbreakable" dog toys, with a guarantee.
Once received, within an hour, they were broken!
I contacted the company and was offered 1% of the original cost as compensation!
It's a big scam. Use your hard earned money elsewhere.

How can I send a magnetic window cleaner back. Absolutely rubbish. Not magnetic when used, supposed to be through double glazed. Not happy. Want my money back.

This is a cheap asian company with bogus tracking from the US.
Fleece lined sports leggings ordered in size M (10-12 UK) would be more suitable for a ten year old. Very poor quality.
I’m not even going down the route of returns as I’ve learnt my lesson with Light in the Box - where you think they’re a US company but they are returned to China at phenomenal cost

SCAMMERS and THIEVES
We bought a wolf for our 15 weeks old puppy. A heavy chewers toy it said. Absolute rubbish, waste of time and money. The toy didn't last 5 hours and it was completely torn apart. Chinese SH!T sent from US. And they claim that there's no fault on their side, the toy is fine and they will not refund. Avoid at any cost!

Dreadful company. I waited for a month to receive my order of two pairs of trousers, only to find out that they sent the wrong size. Their customer service asked me to contact the seller who isn't replying! AVOID!!

Indestructible dog toys destroyed in minutes. One of my dogs is not a heavy chewer but this was torn apart straight away. Bought as Christmas presents but arrived late. Avoid this company. Lesson learned.

‘Unbreakable’ dog chew toy with promise of replacement if destroyed ordered. Took around three weeks to arrive, allegedly from the US. Puppy pulled it apart within a couple of hours and stuffing gone everywhere. Their customer service refused replacement and offered a derisory £2 compensation in broken English. Reminded them of replacement offer, they flat refused to offer anything more than £2. Very poor

Rubbish company. Delivery from USA took a month. Poor quality "indestructible" dog toy destroyed on minutes. Terrible, convoluted complaint system. Stuck with it but no refund or even replacement offered. Avoid!!

Do not order from this company!! I have just wasted £26 on two pair fleece lined leggings. Ordered size 18 and when they arrived wouldn’t fit size 6. And the length wouldn’t come past my knees. Have tried numerous times to contact company but no response

Wish I had thought to google and not just go by an advert on instagram to buy from them. Bought 2 hover balls and one doesn’t even charge unless been held in a specific position. The other cracked and broke in a day of playing. I’ve asked for a replacement for the one that doesn’t charge and they won’t send one. Trying to compensate me £2 when they were £10 each. Terrible company. If this stops one more person ordering something that isn’t quality and going to work I hope it does.

Same company as inquirefor that I bought tummy control jeans from in July, didn't realise until I went to customer service to complain about the dog bed and it asked which product i had an issue with so obviously changed their name! The jeans weren't even as good as primark quality and I was never refunded and the dog bed was poor quality, avoid!!!!!
