The parcel was sent out in good time by the vendor and the contents were exactly as I’d hoped. Really nice good quality mugs. Parcelforce didn’t do a great job however, being unwilling to deliver the parcel for some reason and it required my intervention to get it delivered (the box was damaged when it arrived but as everything inside was fine didn’t feel it necessary to complain).
