February 10, 2026 — Your second application was submitted with full supporting documents after your first application was unsuccessful.

February 10-24, 2026 — Our team filed multiple follow-up communications with the authorities on your behalf over 14 days, far beyond our standard obligations.

February 25, 2026 (00:32 AM) — We proactively notified you of your visa approval and delivery.

February 25, 2026 (13:57 PM) — Upon your portal verification concern, our team immediately provided you with the exact ICA-confirmed reference number, step-by-step instructions, and an official ICA screenshot confirming your visa as approved — within hours of your inquiry.

This review was submitted after all of the above had already been completed and delivered.

We genuinely do not understand the basis for a 1-star review. Your visa was approved. Your concern was resolved. Our team went weeks beyond their standard responsibilities to ensure a successful outcome for you — through two applications, 14 days of follow-ups, and same-day resolution of your verification concern. A 1-star review reflecting "losers and thieves" does not reflect any of this.

We invested weeks of effort, multiple submissions, and consistent dedication to ensure you received a positive outcome.
