Item sent out from singapore on December 1, no updates till 5th December telling me that the item bounced due to Singpost being unable to deliver.
Emailed back on 9th December and got not updates till the 18th of December. Then I get 2 emails saying items is out to designated country but then the Customer Service tells me that item still in Singapore.
you guys say refund is being processed but if I didnt chase you guys would not even proceed with the refund since you guys did not even ask for the relevant information.
Now you guys want to charge me 3 times the price to send out to the same designated country ????
I was supposed to receive a registered letter.
Postman never delivered, never put any advice in my letter box.
As a result when I started to worry about the letter, it had been sent back to the sender.
I think Singpost has an issue with their postmen because it is not the 1st time I encounter a problem with mail delivery and poor job done by the postmen.
Moreover and to add to the issue, when I checked on the singpost website, it says the letter was "delivered to my doorstep"...
How did Singpost turn so bad ???
Singpost can no longer be trusted...
How can Singpost Delivery Service be this bad? My parcel was to be delivered to a Hostel; its Reception Desk operates 24/7, yet Singpost failed to deliver.

This is the second delivery I've had from Singpost. First one was unsuccessful, and so was this... Absolute joke of a company. What's the point of offering home delivery if I always have to end up self-collecting my items?
With previous experiences of failed delivery attempts, I contacted them, telling them to give me a call before delivering the item. I waited the entire day for the call, just to receive another disappointing notification stating of an unsuccessful delivery attempt.
SingPost delivery is outdated and costly for customers. I had 3 big boxes delivery, but instead of proper notifications or redelivery options, I only got a failed delivery slip. I ended up wasting extra money and time hauling huge parcels from the post office — which defeats the purpose of home delivery.
Even China logistic like Cainiao already provide advance notifications, delivery date selection, and safe drop-off options. Why cant Singpost do that.
SingPost needs to catch up — customers shouldn’t be paying in time and money for poor service.”

I asked for an Emery Worldwide courrier service to the US. They said sorry we no longer have that and asked me to log online with my phone, i lost 30mn and in the end chose to use DHL instead
