Excellent session from Bill

Excellent session from Bill, as a team we went from having limited understanding of the specific workings of our fire panel and evacuation phasing and we now have full understanding of how we should operate as well as how our system does. This means we can now educate members properly too.

Bill was a incredible teacher

I felt that Bill was incredibly engaging and clear, he made the session enjoyable and understandable. It didn’t feel like it was 2 and a half hours long at all!
