Per riferimento, una volta che un ordine è stato spedito, viene inviata automaticamente un'email di spedizione all'indirizzo email dell'ordine fornito durante il checkout. Vi chiediamo gentilmente di verificare la casella di posta elettronica, incluse eventuali cartelle di spam o junk, per una tale notifica.

J'ai commandé plusieurs fois sur ce site. Je n'ai reçu qu'une partie de mes articles. Aussi les modèles présenté sont vendu beaucoup plus cher que sur shein. C'est juste un revendeur de Shein.
Les retours sont payant, ils ne proposent aucune alternative si le produit ne correspond pas. Ils m'ont envoyé une robe cassé, aucun avoir.
Les robes sentaient mauvais !!! Comme si elles avaient été porté.

La qualité shein pour plus cher. Ne commandez pas là-bas !

Nous sommes une marque indépendante et non pas un revendeur, et nous n'avons aucune affiliation avec Shein. En ce qui concerne les prix, nous encourageons toujours nos clients à comparer avant d'acheter. En ce qui concerne les problèmes rencontrés lors des commandes, nous avons en effet proposé deux solutions différentes. Vous pouvez vous référer aux enregistrements de courriel précédents entre l'équipe de service à la clientèle et vous.

Great products for the price.

Poor quality & difficult to get refunded

I ordered two items on 11-04-25 and I received one of them last week but it was the wrong item. The other one still hasn’t been delivered.
I asked for a refund and they keep telling me to keep the wrong item & ignored the fact the other still hasn’t been delivered.

The quality of the item I did receive was poor quality. They are difficult to deal with on refunding. Delivery time is outrageous, almost 2 months

Update ……..12-29-25 after posting this, they refunded me partially. I made a claim with my credit card & they informed me part of the refund was credited back.

Update again……01-22-26 so they decided not to fully refund me on the wrong dress or the one that they didn’t send. My credit card ended up refunding me after about a 2 week investigation on my proof. I will never buy from sisterparty again. I shared this experience on my social media. I was scammed.

Ordered back in September
Said attempted delivery but I had been in the full week and nothing. No notes or notifications to say been delivered. Whe asked for refund or re delivery was told could only have half refund or have to wait for it to be redelivered. Still chasing 2 months later no items or refund

Ordered a dress in May

Ordered a dress in May, emailed in July to chase delivery up to be advised that it had been delivered early July.. it hadn’t! Was told to take it up with the courier, but the time to claim had expired so couldn’t request a refund. Sister Party advised they wouldn’t refund as a claim needed to be made with the courier. I ordered an outfit for Halloween and I tracked it for 3 weeks. It finally made it to my town and then immediately said that it was returned to sender for insufficient address! There is no number to call for you and the post office was even worse help!
I can’t stand to get the run around like this and I will forever tell everyone how bad your service was! I live in a big city and go to college there and I can only hope that I make your life as difficult as me trying to talk to someone about this package has made mine. ANYONE thinking of ordering from this company please don’t! If you value your mental health and your money JUST run! Go naked! Don’t order from here!

Dishonest

Dishonest. Sizing off on many items. Their promise of a full refund is not true, they will counter offer to shy you away from returning but the offer is insulting. You don't get an address to return anyway. It's all games with this company that must be foreign. They play games. I've ordered twice and both times were bad. The first time I never got my item and didn't realize my second order was with the same company.

Wide range of choices. The site is well organized and easy to check out, with good tracking of shipment status and visible updates. I would have liked to have more selections in XL sizes as I find some L dresses fit small and very short (I am 5'9"). One item never arrived and I had to process a refund.
