Pavel was great, he addressed all my issues swiftly and, more importantly, correctly.
I was becoming frustrated attempting to set up my email on my iPhone, and, as a side note, I threw in a question regarding building my website.

Good customer service once you're in
Once I got through to support, they were very helpful and dealt with my issue quickly and professionally.
However, because my domain had expired and I didn't know how to contact support in the way I always had, I found it difficult and frustrating to find a way to get in touch.
