Simply an amazing team & hosting company! My company's multiple web servers have all been with AWS for the last 8 years. AWS is a big hairy beast to even navigate one's way around all their services, so I required an experienced System's Admin to look after our servers and infrastructure.

As we needed to upgrade all our servers, I decided to go looking and found SiteHost. I submitted a brief via SiteHost's website one late night and in the morning, I received a phone call ... from one of SiteHost's founding Directors. Well, that was a great start!

SiteHost's client systems, infrastructure, and team are all simply amazing. The control panel for setting up new servers, managing them, deploying and upgrading etc, is just sooo easy and intuitive! The support and sales team are all super responsive, friendly, patient and knowledgeable.

The move to SiteHost has been the smartest business decision (technically, financially and support-wise) I've made in a long time!

My domain had been hosted for many years by a New Zealand company but that company was taken over by an overseas company. I wanted to move back to a New Zealand one again. I found Sitehost which distinguished itself by having actual information on its “About Us” page (not PR bs) including its physical address.

The process of obtaining the domain transferors’ consent was a nightmare and took weeks of nearly daily effort by Sitehost. But they stuck with the job and got it done. Proof that in the unlikely event I’ll need support in the future, it’ll be there.
