The company can improve by providing the colour the customer thought they were getting and not a completely different colour. The hair is cheap and nasty. Also, their returns policy specifically says they do not exchange when the net over the halo has been removed. THERE WAS NO NET. Unhygenic liars, is the only truthful way to review Sitting Pretty. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

I received my 16Inch medium halo extensions and the quality is extremely disappointing & thin. I paid $438.75 AUD with shipping to receive 80g of hair (that's $5.45 a single gram!). I’m really disappointed with this product. I paid a lot of money for it, and honestly, it feels like a joke.

The ends of the hair are extremely thin. I understand that hair is naturally a bit thinner at the ends to make it look realistic, and I appreciate that concept, but this goes way beyond that. The thinness throughout the length is completely unrealistic and makes it very hard to blend with natural hair as the weight of the hair isnt distributed proactively. If this is the medium thickness and medium length on offer I can only imagine how appalling the thinnest option would be.
As someone who regularly uses hair pieces due to health reasons, I’ve tried quite a few products over time. Unfortunately, this is the worst one I’ve tried so far. I specifically chose this brand because I wanted to support an Aussie small business, which makes the experience even more disappointing.
To be fair, the shipping was good and the colour match is fine. However, the overall density of the hair is really poor and makes the product look cheap despite the high price.
What makes the situation even more frustrating is the return policy. Even if the item hasn’t been worn and still has the return tag and net attached, they don’t accept refunds only exchanges. That’s pretty disappointing when the product itself doesn’t meet expectations.

HORRIBLE it's isTOO WIDE for FINE hair so the edges show in temples on sides of my forehead. Ladies with fine hair and normal small to medium heads this halo will show and make you look cheap! I bought better fitting halos on Amazon!!!!
No phone service either all AI and emails!!!

Overall, the experience in shopping with this company was not bad. I received the extensions within a reasonable amount of time. However, the product itself is terrible. The fine extensions are SO fine that they hardly add anything. I would have to add 3 in order to get the volume achieved by other retailers. The disappointing thing is they are exchange only. It makes sense if it is a color or length issue, but the quality is so poor that an exchange cannot help.

I have 3 halos from sitting pretty and I really like them but recently their service has been awful. I ordered one in June for a wedding in July but after 5wks of waiting, apparently their carrier lost it...didn't get here for the wedding. They told me that they had to wait to give me my refund. Finally received my refund. So I placed another order (2halos) on July 21st. NOW this order isnt coming either as the carrier says that it is damaged. They only way I knew was because I checked their site for my order and tracking and it stated there was a problem next to my order. They didn't even email me to inform me. So here I go again. They can't seem to deliver the product they advertise but they like to hold back in giving you your refund. Beware!

I needed customer service as my halo didn't quite match and they were fantastic to work with and the product is WELL worth the price.

Really terrible experience. Their 'colour matching' guide suggested I was 'Light Brown + Medium Brown #4/6', so I bought this. It does NOT match my hair at all and they way they've got the 'light' part is by adding blonde strands to the halo - its not actually light brown strands! Please also be aware that the colour I received does not resemble the colour of the image on the website. They have refused to return it even though this is false advertising.

THE COLOUR MATCHING IS RUBBISH
It arrived and I didn’t even take the Halo out of its packaging, it was SO COMPLETELY THE WRONG COLOUR FOR ME.
It was a lot of money for me to spend and when I contacted their customer service I was told there is no refund policy due to “ Hygiene Reasons “ but are “Happy to Exchange “.
CLEARLY HYGIENE ISN’T AN ISSUE WITH EXCHANGES.
Honestly don’t bother with this company or their shoddy products, you can buy far superior pieces at far less cost and not be gaslighted by their customer service.

Just Incredible! This is out 3rd halo and they are simply the best! Easy to put in, great all day wear and seamless design! I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to thicker their hair game!

I recently purchased my first Halos from this company, and I am extremely happy with the quality! I especially appreciate the option to customise the length and thickness to perfectly match my hair.

After placing my order, I was informed that the Halos were out of stock. While this could have been frustrating, the customer service team was incredibly responsive, helpful, and friendly which was much appreciated.

As someone who has been wearing extensions for years, I can confidently say that these are some of the best I’ve tried. Highly recommended!

Thanks for the response Sitting Pretty, but you blocked me on IG...stop trying save face and responding in public now. You ignored my email & support tickets for MONTHS.

Please read the review titled I WAITED 6 MONTHS. All of it is true and I experienced the same thing. No responses to multiple emails and IG DMs. They were marked read. Request for cancellation and refund is impossible. Worst customer service ever. They also promised a free “gift”. These small businesses buy ad space on social media without inventory. Buyer beware. I needed these for an event back in October and just received mine on 12/1- I ordered back in July.

6 months later received my halo extensions, but no where on the packaging does it say 100% human Remy hair.

When you spend over $100 to a company outside the USA you have every right to worry about being scammed when the company goes dark on you.

I’m still really hung up on these not being branded as Remy. There is zero proof these are real.

Oh they are petty too, they blocked me on IG. I sent a few messages asking about my order! They know they are a scam.

Sadly Id like to make a formal complaint and Ive made many ..though you dont seem to care or regulated to actually adhere to what you say.

I ordered my halo almost 6 months ago and today I just received it.

I had multiple corporate functions I needed this for and was left hanging without a product I paid for.
Every single time I have had to followup with you as to where my product was.. no one kept me informed. At one time I was promised a "gift" if I just waited until November. I waited. I have never experienced such poor experience.

As per usual from sitting pretty nothing was provided to me.
Your client experience has been appalling and I will never do business with you again and hope no one else does as they to will be very disappointed.

I am totally in love with my sitting pretty halo! The colour matching service was super helpful and it was shipped really quickly as well. The quality is amazing and it's so easy to apply as well as comfortable and secure. I thought I would only wear it for special occasions but it's so easy to put on and makes me feel so confident I now wear it all the time. I wish I'd gotten it sooner!

Great quality extensions and very easy to use. I wanted a little bit of extra fullness and length so I went with the fine halo and it’s perfect for what I wanted.
Customer service was great in helping me to exchange when I wasn’t completely happy with the colour I originally purchased. Highly recommend!

I was skeptical about the halo type hair extensions but I saw people saying good things about sitting pretty so that’s what I went with & I’m def not disappointed! I had to dye them to match my hair because I have a pretty unique color going on rn but it matched pretty well and no one can tell it’s not my real hair :D I’m growing my hair back from a baddd chemical cut where I lost almost all my hair, & it’s now finally about shoulder length but insanely thin. Got the medium halo and it was honestly almost too thick for me, I’ll go with the thinnest one next time, but it was super easy to cut/thin to match my hair and now my hair looks way thicker and a little longer it’s awesome. Other types of extensions have been pulling my hair out cause I have really fine hair so I’m hoping since this one doesn’t put any weight on your actual hair it’ll work out🙏🏻 I have a sensitive head/scalp so I was worried about the wire cutting into it or feeling too heavy but I’ve been wearing it all day and so far it’s been fine it just kind of feels like I’m wearing a pair of glasses on my head or something, I’m sure I’ll get used to it. Love it so far & will definitely order from here again when I need a new one :)
