Ordered a desk - The drawers that are part of the desk arrived with the wrong hole spacing so they cannot be assembled. I'm now either going to have to drill extra holes into an 800 GBP desk, or wait for another 2 months for the correct product to be delivered.

Additionally, it looks like everything is being dropshipped from china, hence the lead times. Bad experience so far, lets see what customer service does...

We waited 3 months for a desk to arrive, and when it arrived we had received the wrong product. When we asked for the correct product to be re-delivered, we were told we'd need to wait another 3 months - 6 months since the order was placed and money was taken. No apology was given from customer services, and no compensation offered without us pressing for a discount to be refunded. The other product we had ordered (a chair) also arrived stained. We gave clear instructions on where the item needed to be delivered as our house can be hard to find, but these were ignored. Still waiting for the discount to be refunded weeks after it was promised.

Table is nice, but very disappointed that delivery team refused to carry the components upstairs despite my having paid a substantial delivery cost and access being unproblematic. The table is very heavy so this was not easy for me on my own. Assembly was fairly straightforward although there were no instructions

As an interior designer I rely on my suppliers to uphold exellent quality and ensure their items are as described. The two chairs I purchased definitely fit the bill and the quality is of a high standard.

I purchased two accent chairs from Six the Residence at a premium price compared to competitors. While they waived shipping costs, their execution was a disaster.

The delivery partner only brought ONE chair. I emailed and called multiple times—no response. After two days of chasing, someone finally picked up, only to tell me they were "investigating." The solution? Sending the second chair a week later, even though I was promised 4-day delivery.

Businesses need to realize that delivery timelines matter—they influence purchase decisions! Failing to meet them = frustrated customers & lost trust. Would I buy from them again? Not a chance. 🚨

purchased several products at the same time, when arrived cheap looking and cheap chinese manufactured rubbish...found product to be cheap imported mdf sold extortionately...look elsewhere please! you can find chinese imports cheaper elsewhere better made

Brought 5 chairs of differing styles a couple of years ago and they were all fantastic. Recently had an issue with a couple of chairs (wood split) but contacted customer support and they were replaced right away with no charge

Beautiful wave chair, elegant & sturdy. The chair looks lovely in our spare bedroom. Communication with Francesca regarding delivery was exceptional. Delivery was good & being able to track the delivery time was extremely reassuring.

I placed an order on an item with an expected delivery time of 2 months. Unfortunately, I received no communication from the company regarding the status when the delivery window approached. I had to reach out to them directly to inquire about the delay, only to be informed that it would be further pushed back. Given the cost of the item, it would have been courteous to receive an update without having to follow up.

When the item finally arrived, I was disappointed to find the quality was below expectations - there are noticeable nicks in the wood in prominent areas. At this point, given the extended wait and the overall disappointment, I don’t even want the hassle of returning it.
