Not pleasant
Really sorry but the smell/taste is awful (even when I try to disguise it with Ovaltine) and I haven't noticed any improvement in my sleep. I won't be re-purchasing

I had such high hopes for this product but personally, due to the strong mushroom/muddy smell and taste, I just cannot stomach it.

Beware of Taste of Unwind & Recover
I ordered Unwind & Recover, Hormone Balance and Marine Collagen and was excited to try them. The Unwind & Recover is absolutely revolting - it has a strong mushroom scent and taste which has rendered it an expensive mistake and there is far too much stevia in it so it's sickly sweet and overpowering. They'd be better reducing or removing the stevia and adding in more pure cacao which has health benefits then people can add sugar or sweetener or choice to taste.
The Marine Collagen is pretty good though (although again, stevia) - but expensive. I haven't tried the Hormone Balance yet as the Unwind has well and truly put me off.

Pleased with product. It's my first drink of the day. Pleasant raspberry flavour & not too sweet. Hope to see some results soon.

Unwind + Recover.
I bought this product for its amazing blend of ingredients and think it has great potential but it just needs a bit of tweaking with the ingredient quantities.
The product is just too sweet and leaves a strong aftertaste + the mushroom smell and taste is too strong.

Brilliant products. Working for me!
I was recommended both the focus + elevate and unwind+ recover by a hormone/nutrition specialist and so far they are working for me!! Only been taking for a week. Im not sure if placebo or a mix of other small changes ive made to my diet but my period has returned!! Cant believe it. Unwind is now my bedtime treat. I have been having hot with soya milk. Ok it's not hot chocolate, but the taste is pleasant enough and i've been sleeping brilliantly. My partner has a serious phobia of mushrooms and even he doesnt think the smell is too bad!

Not a nice taste 👅
This product doesn’t work for me I tried it for 2 weeks but it didn’t made any difference. The test it’s bad. I contacted customer service to ask for a refund but they didn’t help. I reckon they should write that the taste is not nice I wouldn’t have bought it if this was stated.

Really impressed with the Wild Marine collagen
I’ve recently purchased the Wild Marine Collagen Powder and been really impressed so far. I’ve tried other collagen powders but this one has the nicest raspberry flavour and dissolves easily. It just tastes like a flavoured water and not too sweet which is perfect when having in the morning on an empty stomach. I also find sometimes I react to sweeteners in powders but I’ve not had any issues with this. I am really happy with this product and will repurchase in future!

Bedtime treat
I'm really enjoying having it before bed. It is quite sweet but that makes it seem like a treat to look forward to. Definitely feel more chilled since having it. I bought it because I was looking for magnesium and Ashwanghara supplements and it covered both areas plus other added benefits.

The only reason I gave it a 4 is because it’s sooooo sweet for me. I drink it without milk. But it does what it says, I have a great nights sleep with it and it’s a nice Wind down drink.

I recently tried the Unwind + Recover…
I recently tried the Unwind + Recover powder, hoping for something I could have as an evening wind down drink to replace chocolate snacking, but I can’t get on with the added stevia sweetener so the first cup I had to poor away. I’m sure it wouldn’t be noticeable if you are used to sweeteners, but I can’t stand the taste and it overpowers everything else to me. So I’m back to searching for a none sweetened alternative ☹️

Tried hormonal balance and unwind range. My sleep pattern improved and my skin feels better. Taste wise also it is really good. Would definitely recommend these.

Really nice tasting, I’m enjoying taking it
Really nice tasting, not too overly sweet, not sure if it’s helping maybe a little change not so much brain fog over the last few days & I haven’t felt so tired I love that it’s got Lions Main & lots of other good nutritional ingredients. It’s easy to take I just put a tsp in water & shake its blends really well with out any bits. Downside it’s a little expensive so will have to see if I continue to take it.

Bedtime chocolate mix
I bought the bedtime chocolate ashwagada mix. The stevia is so over powering and the mushroom smell made me gag initially, but was more bearable on subsequent days. Really disappointed as its so expensive and I had high hopes.
