Excellent customer service

I was shopping yesterday for a surprise present for my wife. I visited the store and a young lady named Sophie helped massively. She was very outgoing and was very informative and recommended me several pairs on which she’d have liked best. Great customer service and my wife loves them. Thank you

Running shoe
I was shopping today and the staff in particular Jess , Anthony and Sophie were very helpful in helping me make the right decision for choosing my running shoes. Jess gave me a great recommendation for what to wear and Sophie and Anthony gave good conversation whilst waiting for my shoe.

Got some really good help from a girl called Em and her colleague Sam, wasn’t quite sure what I wanted when I came in but knew I needed something new for the gym and they were patient with me and helped me find the right thing, would 100% come back here again, thank you!
