To start with you lost my order! Then to get a refund I had to go to the store to obtain it as I purchased my trainers in store for delivery Tony home address!!! Not even an apology or a token gesture of good will for my inconvenience was offered!!! Would highly recommend to anyone not to use your poor service

As your order was placed through our in-store kiosk system, this constitutes a store purchase and therefore any refund must be processed directly at the store where the order was placed. I would recommend visiting the store at your earliest convenience, as they will be able to process your refund immediately.
