Well run useful course, knowledgeable instructor.

Dean was a fantastic teacher. He kept the course interesting and easy to understand. He was empathetic whilst dealing with heavy topics, but managed to keep the course light and even funny at times. Would absolutely recommend! As someone with no previous experience of first aid, I feel confident with the basics now!

The course was delivered in a professional and relaxed manner. The instructor was very knowledgeably about the subject, the balance between power point and hands on was just right. Would recommend this course.

Was a bit apprehensive about the course before going as i don't like the role play idea, but with Chris making everything easy to learn, funny & interesting his knowledge on everything was brilliant i found the course very good and learnt a lot of things i never knew. I felt very comfortable doing the practical side of the course which i never thought i would have, great teacher, great course. I feel confident if i’m ever faced with a first aid emergency in the future thank you.

This was a very interactive session with Lisa Nickel. She is someone with such a high spirit to make all of the participants aware of what exactly is needed and delivered the course with a very positive approach. It was really interesting and engaging throughout.

Ben was great. Extremely personable and knowledgeable. 2 day refresher felt like 2 hours :)

Great educational experience -

John was great, knowledgeable. He taught us everything we needed and then some more while not making it feel like you were sat in a classroom!

Only thing to mention, is maybe give us a cooler room!

It has been a long time since I have been to St John Ambulance Cymru, however, I attended for a Fire Marshall course, unfortunately they was no parking available and no clear indication of overflow carpark, I had to drive around trying to find a place to park, which was very frustrating, eventually, I managed to speak to a staff member out on break by the side of the building (nice chap), he directed me to the overfill carpark. Walking back to the building I managed to see the same staff member who was so helpful and thanked him. Entering the building, unfortunately I found the receptionist, un-welcoming and felt a bit of an inconvenience, for me not a very pleasant experience. The trainer on our course was wonderful and very knowledgeable and engaging.

I recently completed a First Aid Training Course with St John Ambulance Cymru, and I had a great experience! The training was informative, practical, and easy to understand. The instructor was knowledgeable, friendly, and made everyone feel comfortable while learning important lifesaving skills. I now feel much more confident about how to respond in an emergency. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to learn essential first aid skills. Thank you, St John Ambulance Cymru, for such an excellent training experience!
