I think Dean was an excellent trainer. He made it very practical, had us repeat everything multiple times so it actually sticks! Was very knowledgeable and I couldn't recommend this course more.

On arrival, meet by a lovely reception team. Explained everything clearly, signed in daily and provided with a pass. Staff helpful and friendly. Trainer polite, and clear and had lots of stories to support first aid.

Helen was very informative, had great knowledge and it was also obvious that she had first hand experience of this subject.

Gary delivered an engaging and dynamic first aid course covering lots of material in the three days our team was with him. The split of presentational / practical education kept everyone engaged with plenty of recap sections in place to ensure the key information was sinking in. Our team have finished the course feeling confident and energised to deal with any future first aid situations they may face.

The joining instructions were clear. The location was easy to find with plenty of free parking. The trainer was one of the best I have ever had. The pace was just right and there was plenty of opportunity to ask questions or recap. The course included students with a variety of experience of first aid and the skill of the trainer meant we all progressed together. My trainer was Donna H.
