Under no circumstances should you go to this clinic. A year ago I had a hair transplant there, and the result is that instead of a receding hairline I now have bald patches, and the back of my head is covered in scars. This is worse than it was before.

I spent €200 on a British kit and followed all the recommendations, but the outcome is terrible. No one explained anything. The translator (who introduced himself as Max) was fairly helpful at first, but then he was outright rude when I asked about the results in a year.

The hotel was under renovation, there was no breakfast, and I had to go around with the translator trying to find cafés just to eat. This is not how things should be handled, although thank you for the attempt.

If the promised result wasn’t realistic, why wasn’t that discussed beforehand? Especially since the payment was in cash with no payment documents/receipts.

Do not contact them under any circumstances. And make sure to confirm with your contact person exactly where the transplant will be performed.

Recently had treatment at skala I could not fault them they where amazing from the start till the finish of my treatment..

The whole experience from start, initial contact with Ava,really understanding of my requirements and not trying to over sell ,like other companies did.
To finish,the new teeth ,which was a big thing for me.
Everything went smoothly from arriving at the airport to boarding the plane for the return journey.
Upgraded to a 5 star ,hotel whilst in the taxi from the airport,for both myself and my wife at no extra cost.
I struggled to get a suitable flight home on the final day and was told that an extra day had been added at the hotel.
All the staff were excellent and friendly,the dental surgery was so clean and hygenic.
From being a little nervous at 1st,to sitting in the staff area with Dr Moustafa at the end of my treatment,with my new smile , the whole experince was top class,staff,facilities and product.
Would definitely recommend.
My confidence is now at a new level and my only regret is not doing it sooner.

I was there last week. Airport to Airport it was memorable. They picked me up from the airport with flowers. Hotel was clean. I had a little problem with temporary teeth and concerned at first but final result was amazing. Happy with my smile. Thanks doctor Moustafa and great staff🙏🙏🙏🙏
