Competent, caring and quick
I have to say that my experience with SKANNR was fantastic.
In a situation where I was very stressed and anxious to get things done quickly - They succeeded.
They managed the communications between myself and the scan provided excellently and with care.
They took the time to explain the scan report to me and did not rush anything.
I felt that they genuinely cared and wanted to help.

Straightforward process
My scan was easy to request and pay for online, and there was a scanning centre close to me, which was great. I did not have a GP referral but Skannr have a qualified clinician who phoned me and approved the scan. My chosen centre then called me to book a date - they were surprisingly busy and I had to wait about 10 days. The scan on the day was quick and straightforward in nice new facilities. The report was produced so rapidly that the Skannr clinician phoned me to discuss the results as I was driving home! It was rather too efficient actually since I would have preferred the chance to digest the report myself first, and speak to the clinician subsequently. But overall it's a great service that I would use again.

Outstanding service start to finish
I’ve regularly book MRIs for myself and other family members, it’s good to get answers and reassurance . SKANNR have been exceptional from the start, I was able to secure a date before I booked, they even organised acquiring previous scans for comparison . The results were practically within 48hrs where their doctor called me to discuss. I am very impressed with the whole service they offer and will ensure it’s them I use again in the future. Oh and best prices too! A win win!!

I was recommended SKANNR after not knowing where to turn in my search of a diagnosis on a long lasting injury that has taken nearly a year to get anywhere near a scan with the nhs. The same day I booked a scan at a local centre I was called by Skannr - who the same day had me booked in for a scan the same week. Wish Id done this sooner! Very good communication and support afterwards, also.

Overall a good experience
Overall a good experience. The initial scan provider did let the side down by a lack of organisation, but once Skannr support realised there was a problem, they were on the case and a new scan was speedily booked.
The findings of the scan were with me 48 hours afterwards. I cannot complain.
