The Stickers we sell are all official and come from the distributors of the respective brands. This means the stickers defer in quality, dependent on where each brand gets its stickers made. Looking at your order, we see can see you bought some of the SOUR stickers, which we're guessing you're not happy with - even though they are priced lower than all our top quality stickers.
With regards to your confirmation email, which would be in your junk/spam folder, we can see it was sent to your email address.

Patience is a virtue
It took 31 days for my order to arrive, which was much longer than anticipated. However, the stickers were well packaged, protecting my purchase, which I really appreciate.
