This company is a scam - no returns and it's not clear at all. Such a shame as I wanted to support a local company. Do better, Skatie.

I purchased multiple bikinis in one order and only one of them was a pre-order bikini. When I went to my cart, only the pre-order bikini had a note beneath it that stated it wouldn't ship until a certain date, which I had no issue with. My issue is that they held my entire order for the 1 bikini that was pre-order, to ship them all at once. That would also be ok, had I known that's what was happening. If you're going to hold an entire order for 1 pre-order bikini fine, but make that clear on the checkout section, your cart, and your confirmation. Their reply to me was, "well its in our FAQ". Why would I assume that I need to search the FAQs, if the note stated it was only for the pre-order bikini...in what world would that trigger me to ensure the rest of my order is shipping in a timely manner??? I think I've had one good experience with Skatie over the multiple orders I've placed. Would not recommend buying from this company overall, if you do, read their FAQs since their customer service and clarity to their customers sucks beyond belief.

Sizing is entirely incorrect. I’m not sure who these swimsuits would fit. Of course they don’t allow for customer reviews on any products. I bought an XL swimsuit and had to give it to a friend who wears a M (and is a size 4). None of our friends could believe how off their sizing is.

Do not buy from the store there is no customer service. They will not refund any money. They only want to do an exchange but there’s nothing on the website that fits me so now I’m stuck with a $200 bathing suit this sucks do not buy from this company.

Don’t purchase any of the Lyndi, Jean or Cher tops!!!! The boning they put in the sides will almost immediately start to dig into your breast or armpits, it extremely uncomfortable and makes the top impossible to wear. Obviously you’d have to wear the top to experience this and Skatie will not do return or exchange on worn items, faulty made or not. The “warranty” section says “discretion” and they told me sorry, not sorry. Their customer service is unfortunate. They have cute patterns but I won’t be purchasing from them again.

Horrible customer service and operation! I bought 2 tops and 2 bottoms. I needed to exchange one of the bottoms so the day I recieved the package and tried everything on, I set up the exchange the same day. They confirmed it on May 25th. They gave me till June 22nd to send the bottom back to get the exchange. After I already dropped the bottom off at the post office, i got an email only 6 days after receiving the original order and them confirming the exchange, “sorry your exchange item is unavailable- out of stock”. HOW IS IT OUT OF STOCK?! Exchanges are supposed to be kept to the side! So i got a confirmed exchanged, sent back the original bottom and didn’t get the exchange. I have neither! I now have a freaking $70 top with no bottom and everything in that print in my size is out of stock. I explained everything to customer service and said exchanges are supposed to be kept separate from the quantity of items for sale. I would like my bottom that you confirmed for me cuz now I have neither. Please fix this. Their response??? “Sorry about that. Here’s a refund.” I have never had this happen to me. Ever. Once an exchange is confirmed, that item is taken out of what’s for sale BECAUSE IT’S ALREADY SPOKEN FOR. If you wait until the “return by date” I would totally get it. But it was 6 days! And I had 28 days to return it! But they don’t seem to care about wanting repeat customers. They just want the quick sale.

They do NOT clearly state no returns for items discounted 30% or more when you are purchasing. It’s tucked away on a page no one would visit in the purchase process. Their one piece suit is not shaped for most women, I sized up but it was just a bad shape. Wouldn’t be an issue if they’d allow me to return, but they won’t answer when I ask why that is. Doesn’t make any sense since they could sell this full price to someone else. AND they only post good reviews on their products! I left an honest and tasteful 1-star review on their website and it never got posted. So that alone shows you their whole overtly positive public reaction is all smoke in mirrors. This company is the worst of them. Deceitful, weird shaped bathing suits, negligent customer service and questionable policies. Not something I would suggest anyone bother with.

They don't tell you when the item you're buying is discounted 30% therefore final sale. Shady. The item I received wasn't the same color as the website (white vs pale yellow) and when that's the case you should be able to exchange.

Not worth one star! The service is not good and very least helpful. The completely new bikini I bought was broken and had a hole in it. They would not stand for any sort of reimbursement or change. I would never buy stuff here again.

I just wanted to leave a positive review bc I noticed they were all bad and I feel unfair to the company. I love their products. Always so soft and comfortable. Yes, they don't let you return anything discounted 30% or more but they clearly state that. They even helped refund a return that was lost and a package that was delivered but stolen. I have had predominantly good customer service from them and continue to buy from them even though they're pricey.

This place is practicing illegal consumption of consumer revenue via their absurd return policy. Absolutely do not purchase from this company!

Their clothes are super low quality. Prints on stretchy fabric are completely white in areas where they stretch. I wish I checked reviews online before buying: they don't accept exchange/returns on clothing 30% off

$15 shipping is a ripoff. Got a bikini in Dream print and it looks nothing like the images on website.

Customer service is a joke. I will never buy from them again. I understand final sale and not accepting returns - cool not a issue. But at least let people exchange something - how are you losing any money on that? They are clipped, short and entitled. Never in my life have I seen such curt service for honestly overpriced asf bathing suits - Buy from Londre instead. Seriously just google some reddit forums on how crap this brand is. RUN AWAY with your money.

Terrible Customer Service. If I could give zero stars I could. I paid $40 for overnight shipping (yes crazy) and it did not show up. I contacted customer service multiple times via email and phone, left multiple messages and only got a message back saying it would arrive in 5-7 business days. I was upset as I spent a crazy amount on overnight shipping and they weren't able to fulfill it, not only that, but they WILL NOT refund my shipping!! I even asked if I could just pay the regular shipping fee of 8$ and get refunded for the rest. Their customer support reps are very rude, even when I was trying to be super kind, as I have worked in customer service before and now how hard that can be. Needless to say I have never gotten my money back and will never be buying from them again.
