My package was lost in the mail and they sent me a brand new one! Customer service was alright, took 2 days to respond but they solved my problem.

I ordered the wrong case, i asked hoe to return this one after O ordered the correct size. After several reminders still no response.
Case is very nice by the way.

ski haven.co Complete and utter SCAM. Phone case not arrived after 2 months. Impossible to contact.No response from multiple attempts to contact via email. Very poor and must be illegal to take money and not deliver. AVOID!

Great customer service! Accidentally ordered the wrong phone case and they sent me the correct one for free on top of the one that had already been delivered which I was able to give to a friend.

Took like 2 weeks to arrive but great quality and they did exactly what I said in my custom request!

Thought this would be a great Christmas gift for my partner. Order this I believe end of Oct or early Nov, it is now Feb and still not received it. I paid for priority and it’s been months… I’ve sent multiple messages and they have stopped replying after the first message.

Ordered weeks ago still hasn’t arrived despite contacting them without any response please don't shop here

Similar experience to reviews below. Ordered wrong phone case size by accident, and when I contacted them to ask how I could return the phone case for the right size, have had zero response, despite several emails reaching out to them

Terrible. Took weeks for the order to arrive and when it did it was wrong. Very difficult to contact them and when they did respond it was with no empathy and no answers ie tracking details. Do NOT buy from here.
