MCIOB!
I recently qualified as a Chartered Construction Manager and am now a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building, this is all thanks to the time and support provided by skills4stem, the team are amazing and very informative, providing great communication throughout the whole process from start to finish.

Poor customer service
"Completed" an ILM 3 award with them, had several trainers who didn't seem to know what they were doing. my main point of annoyance is that once I completed/passed all assignments and received mark sheets for all back in March I am still awaiting my certificate or any confirmation that I have passed the course. Skills4stem have been very unhelpful in resolving this issue.

A break in learning.
I came to the decision to take a break in learning for personal and work reasons. My experience with Sonia with her help and understanding has been very reassuring during the current COVID situation and I am very much looking forward to resuming study with Skills 4 Stem at a later date.
Webinars with the first-course tutor were not ideal but since Chris took over its been a brilliant learning environment.
